We went out on our first date😱 My plan was to show up at EMU and change from my red silk pajamas into some jeans, but the Student Center was locked! So you showed up by the lake and I was still in those same silk pajamas. Awkward and embarrassed. And you made me feel like nothing was wrong. We walked (in the cold ((which didn't bother me bc the cold loves me)) ) across campus to Tower Inn( it was my idea. I really wanted to steal your tower inn virginity) and as soon as we walked in I booked it to the bathroom to change my pants. Success! Now I looked normal. When I sit down (I noticed you wanted to sit next to me on the booth which made me happy) we start talking and then you order some drink (this is when I realize I don't know where my id is, but this is only realized in the comfort of my head) and then I talk you into ordering the Blancozone and I get my regular. The spinach Bourekitos. And after we order our food...I turn to you and say "I wanna do this before the food comes. I'm gonna kiss you ok?" And then I gently take your face and I kiss your lips(multiple times) and you admit that that took you off guard and made you shy. You're clearly pleased because you're smiling. And then our food comes. And you like yours which is good bc it's my suggestion lol. And we just talk and talk and you try to trachea little about sports and I'm PRETENDING to know what you're talking about. I pay because it was my idea to go there. At first we were gonna go to the movies but I read once those are terrible first dates. Prone for hookups or awkward silences. You want to get to know your date so go somewhere you can talk. Not make out in the dark. POINTS FOR ME! Afterward we finish you check the time and tel me you're gonna take me to Pinball Petes. Had never been there before but I was excited and nervous. We get there and you show me your KILLER parallel parking skills (Whoa you're amazing at it). Pinball Petes is in downtown Ann Arbor and is next to this cool karaoke bar. There were people singing when we got there and you told me we would go sometime in the summer. Yay! When we go in I'm intimidated. Arcade games everywhere I MEAN EVERYWHERE. (Games aren't my thing lol I'm a sore loser) but we had fun!! We played 2 resident evil games with the shooting guns and I learned how to hold a gun the "cool" way. And you played this pinball game forever and it was fun watching you. We played DDR together! And I won bc I cheated and kept pushing you off your platform lol but you're so good at it!! Also...you gave me your big varsity jacket to wear on the walk to Tower Inn. And I was still wearing it there. It was so comfy and smelled good...to this day I love your smell... You put me on this hot seat thing where you hold the metal and it shakes violently...always been terrified of things like that but now I'm not because...I mastered it lol. Oh! And we played air hockey and you won OF COURSE! Then we left. And I realized I'd fall in love with you. You were so amazing and my red silk pajamas didn't scare you and you were funny and cute and smelled so good and you liked me. I could tell you weren't faking it. In the car you held my hand. And you were pensive. Made me a little nervous but you just said you were thinking. Thinking good things. Which also made me nervous but I also knew you were analyzing the night and that was scary. But apparently you were really just happy with how it went and pleasantly surprised at how different I was. I got home around 2. It was such a in night! That was the best first date I've ever been on. Hopefully it's the last first date I ever go on. Because this one definitely takes the cake.
