before I go reread, I noticed that Esther is one of the only people Lottie has NOT given a nickname to, or she always calls her Esther, and I hope this isn’t the last we see of Esther? Lottie thought good vibes toward Esther when Esther got that job, and that was so sweet! With the content of Snotgirl, it was real nice seeing that pleasantness coming from a character towards another character, you kno? Lottie is really NOT good at friendship - she’s not the worst but - she’s too wrapped up in herself and her insecurities, but she tries though.
