It ain't called Subtle Things, is it?

Thoughts so far:

•The Glade is an interesting place but oh my GOD is so shitty to live there (rip dude who fell through the area when the box spawns at)

• Horseteeth- erm I mean Gally + his goons are NOT to be trusted

•The Gladers must smell down right NASTYYY (There were ZERO mentions of a shower or bathing area 😭🥀)

•I NEED Alby and Newt's origin story on how they became the leaders of The Glade(especially Alby's)

•Praying (even though I'm not religious) for poor girl Teresa cuz I KNOW she's going to go through hell with all the smelly boys trying to hit on her (especially from Gally and his ugly lil friends)

- adam, omg ich liebe diese wandlung gerade, auch wenn ich angst habe, dass er nur als fassade gerade so gut drauf ist und damit nur seine sorgen um leo und auch pia versteckt... aber wie gut er teilweise aussieht, so frei und lösgelöst

- der moment am anfang im büro, die ganzen umarmungen hello, wie need more of happy moments with them four

- esther!!!!! holy shit, sie hat viel mehr mit adam gemeinsam als ich angenommen habe... der brand der scheune, excuse me -> garage... sie ist damals auch weggegangen... fragwürdige polizeiarbeit... she is queer, thank you

- ich hab mir ein bisschen mehr zu leo und pia erhofft wie sie mit der explosion und entführung umgehen (auch adam und esther)

- als leo die chef karte ausgespielt hat, holy shit no way, aber vermutlich die einzige möglichkeit um esther zu bremsen, aber ich fand das bischen out of charakter idk

- wo wohnt adam?

- hat adam leo im krankenhaus besucht?

- der moment von leo im bad und dann wie er pia das mit der therapie sagt...

- der fall: fand ich super spannend und ahhh hab gerade noch keine worte

im großen und ganzen, ich glaub bid nimmt den 3. platz in meinem ranking ein, nach hds und dfl

ich komm nicht drauf klar, ist der erste spatort den ich jetzt live geschaut habe

I had to come from work knowing this would be taking up my evening. This video knocked me out so hard I couldn't even type up my notes until today

Emmy worthy acting by Aisha and Tracie, 11/10 no notes. (Also the custody/parenting stuff hits to close to home for me, I'll probably never comment on it. It's out of my depth.)

The Ortiz storyline is... meh. They should've included her more in the first 3 episodes, setting her up then bringing her down within one episode was kind of a let down. Gerrard playing the crucial part in her downfall, in order to protect his own interests, that... actually makes sense! Hotshots is a nice job for him, if the crew can deal with Brad, they can deal with Gerrard.

(The whole snowflake speech in the golf scene must be interesting for Brian Thompson, seeing he's the completely opposite of Gerrard lol I'm sure the cast had quite a lot of fun filming with him)

So the tiger is totally Ming, even down to the hand raised as cub and the pit bull lie.

Eddie the combat medic AND Eddie the struggling single father, in one episode? Wow, gimme more! I'd love to dig deeper into his character and find out who Eddie Diaz actually is, outside of the roles imposed by his family, society and himself.

Ah, no Tommy this week either :( But at least we have Buck dressed in very Tommy style clothes? To be fair, Buck is barely in this ep himself, after the opening scene. Also we all thought Bathena's house hunt would be a long emotional journey, but that just whipped by in a couple short scenes. They were too busy trying to wrap up the Ortiz SL and advance the Eddie and Chris one. I have faith we'll see Tommy very soon, in more Buck centric episodes.

(I think Lou tweeted because the plane disaster got dragged out into 2 episodes last minute and he just got his numbers mixed up. We'll probably see him next week. I mean Buck is actually in the synopsis for once.)

I do get why they stayed demos. Some don't really feel fleshed out, some wouldn't have fit the S+M vibe, some went into directions sonically that they didn't really stick with in later works, so that aren't really fitting to their overall sound.
