Ok but why did the Isu choose to make humans submissive and breedable?
Pictish art
So hot take, I think they should make a game using Elijah, Desmond's son, as the protagonist.
ā POSSIBLE SPOILERS PAST THIS POINTā
It'd definitely make for a really interesting storyline, instead of trying to bring Desmond back from the dead?? (Idk the details of this I haven't played Valhalla yet. )
Plus he's a sage and I'm very curious to see what the ancestry of a sage would look like, or what ancestor would come from his bloodline. I'd also love to see the dynamic between him and his grandfather. I know in the comics that Shaun and Rebecca have already met him and he's in the possession of the most powerful Isu artifact in the world at the moment, and that sounds like a wonderful storyline for a new game.
Idk though, or at least drop an Easter egg into the new games that at least mention his son instead of leaving him out entirely.
I just want Elijah to be present in at least one of the games, that's all.
Edit: Sorry guys, it wasn't Rebecca and Shaun that met him, it was actually Charolette de la Cruz. I must've confused them for some other article I read. For those of you who don't know about Elijah, here's a link to his wiki:
ElijahĀ (born c. 2005) is a Sage and the illegitimate son of Desmond Miles. From 2017 to 2018, Elijah worked alongside the Instruments of the

The Assassinās Creed franchise has always had sci-fi elements and an overall theme of myths being real through said sci-fi elements. This has been the case since the very first game and the recent games leaning more into these elements is just a natural progression of raising the stakes in an ongoing narrative, but the seeds have been planted since the the series was first conceptualized.
Pretending these sci-fi and mythological elements are out of left field or somehow jumping the shark for this franchise is nothing short of completely delusional on the part of the fan-base. A fan-base that, by all accounts, appears to willfully pretend these elements never existed so they can be outraged by them with every new installment.
We are twelve plus games into this series. At this point, you have no excuse not to know exactly what you are getting into. Complain about the mechanical problems with the gameplay or structure of the games. Complain about the individual narratives or how well the script itself holds up. But there is zero point in complaining about Assassinās Creed being Assassinās Creed.

Day 6: First Civilization
Looking at this one makes me realize why Iām so behind on this damn challenge. I start one and then I get wayyy too invested in it lol. Iām gonna try to keep the next few nice and simple so I can catch up. I'm happy with how this one turned out though!
Iāve always liked the idea of the Isu not looking totally human, which theyāve kinda abandoned in the newer games. So Iāve always liked Juno from Ac3 and before with her creepy yellow eyes haha. I definitely went for more of a robotic, android look. Also, gotta love that game of chess symbolism, because why not?

Me n my homies hate Juno but her design isĀ š¼š
