ugh nothing is working for this god forsaken phone. im really not good with computers im confused and pissed off. if anyone understands things about samsung phones, my issue is that it will still respond but wont go past the samsung bell loading screen. i have already tried the kiev thing, currently attempting the orion way. im not sure i understand what to try with the kiev and it keeps saying it cant do the firewire update. im so confused and anrgy. i needed my phone today of all days and it failed me. also i tried the clearing the cache but it wont load or stay on the screen. im just so upset.
