kanaydian, foolserrant, and the rest have corrupted my beautiful husband fireworkinprogress. All he does now is sit around writing OC smut and muttering about his "trash son" in some kind of Mountain Dew- and anime-fueled, melodramatic haze. It's serious.

Kindof? It's more soup-y than regular curry, though I guess it depends on the curry. It's a dish that Sapporo is famous for, and being super close to Sapporo means my supermarket carries packets!
Basically you just make a weak base stock by simmering chicken, carrots and potatoes (or anything else you want - i've kept it basic, adding some garlic and a few other herbs) for about 20 minutes-half an hour then add the liquid curry and some oil and spice to the result and voila! Super easy, super delicious, super great for a snowy night :)
