“If I don’t scare at least one junior tonight, I have done my job wrong,” Hope muttered. “Be my sidekick. You look nice, and not likely to rip people’s heads off, so you can lull them into a false sense of security and then I’ll pop out from nearby and scare the living daylights out of them.”

“Stop studying!” Hope ordered with frustration, slamming her hand down on the book Bonnie had in her hand before she could start reeling off more useless information about a class Hope couldn’t care less about. “You know how I said I wanted a study buddy? I lied. I’m so bored Bonnie! Let’s do something fun! Something that doesn’t involve liquefying our brains, please.”
