It's stupid..so so so very stupid...
No matter how hard he tries he can't stop thinking about their time together, The warmth of his body against his own, the way his fingers so carefully are able to trace the damaged skin of his face.
It makes going home feel so cold and empty. Lonelier than he ever remembered.
He reaches a hand out to the empty space he wished was filled. Damn it.
Why couldn't...why couldn't he just bring himself to do it, just a stupid phone call. Or ask him to stay the night before. What an idiot he was. Why couldn't he tell him the truth?
They were only nightmares....
Timaeus squeezes the pillow hard into his chest wanting to make the ache and the thoughts go away. He was used to being on his own, handling these thing interdependently- the number of times he hadn't told his parents so as not to cause the worry was more often then he'd like to admit.
And now?
It was like a black hole waiting to be filled.
Squeezing his eyes shut he buried his face into the pillow, maybe if he just pretended maybe that would be enough.
