Another couple of photos from Sh'Bang 2024.
Last year was my first time incorporating armor and shield into my fire performances, and while there's still much tweaking to do, including adding a leather layer to go under the gorget and more hair protection lol, it's been a really fun learning experience with much more exploration to come.
Here's to all my fellow performers and to the constant upgrades and adjustments that come with an ever evolving passion.

Dnd Spells: Fire Shield
Fire Shield is a level 4 Evocation spell for Druid Sorcerer and Wizard. Casting Time is 1 action Range is Self Requires a Verbal and Somatic Component spell ingredient is a bit of phosphorous or a firefly Duration is 10 minutes.
Wispy flames wreathe your body for the duration, shedding Bright Light in a 10-foot radius and Dim Light for an additional 10 feet.
The flames provide you with a warm shield or a chill shield, as you choose. The warm shield grants you Resistance to Cold damage, and the chill shield grants you Resistance to Fire damage.
In addition, whenever a creature within 5 feet of you hits you with a melee attack roll, the shield erupts with flame. The attacker takes 2d8 Fire damage from a warm shield or 2d8 Cold damage from a chill shield.
