Rivals II – 07-28-26 – Fenhilde [Slade] vs Gwem (La Reina)

When developing our Fire Capital, we decided not to go with a Japanese culture and structure, but to instead model it off of Chinese culture (not quite ancient, more when China was the center of the world - so before black powder was introduced to western cultures). This was two folds; 1) personally, I believe that at that time, China was far more robust and vibrate then Feudal Japan. And, 2) We wanted to give a small culture shock to our characters more accustomed to the Japanese foods, customs and the likes. Whether or not that came off to you all, well… that’s a harder thing to measure.
