John’s Time Magazine cover for Oct 23th is indeed real. The problem?
It’s only the European edition that has it.
The US version has another cover and that one is what you get when you go immediately to the Time Magazine’s website and what you also get on the subscription page unless you’re outside the US.
The US edition habitually has a different cover than the rest of the world and that’s the case too this time.
So if any US based people wants this cover, you need to ask a friend outside the US to buy it for you. But it’s real alright.

IDK, it makes sense as two possible interpretations? Either the saber called to Rey because she’s meant to wield it or it called to her because she’s somehow destined to meet up with Luke (and she’s been dreaming about Luke’s island so there’s some connection there, regardless of who her parents are). Like yeah it gets a bit weird to think about how the saber “knows” to do any of this but they’re probably going to handwave all that with the usual Force ex machina.
