I’m in “finish it up” mode this week because the photographer is coming on Monday. That’s always a good motivator for me! I’ve been working on this one off and on for a few months. I’d forgotten how meditative hand quilting can be. This is a very old Double Nine Patch top that I decided I wanted to finish. My thought was to finish the hand quilting in the blocks that had already been started that way and then freemotion the rest on the machine. We’ll see how my hand feels tomorrow!
