This is Joseph . He's diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic and is 55 years old. He's homeless, he gets just over $600 in benefits per month. so that's his total to live on. he's on a housing list but no home yet. looked out the window to see this happening. This is Chuck .. he's homeless and works his ass off helping every day in the cafe . This is "one of those people" that get labeled. Ya know the ones everyone wants outta sight, outta mine..
