Fankchuu ๐ฅฐ not sure if I can be of much help wif that tho ๐ avoid sitting down on them, lie down instead! If you're going while standing for too long and the sog is concentrating in the middle to the point where it feels like it might leak at any time, go and lie down as well xd that's basically it tbh if you're having a hard time with that.
Also, remember that diapies hold better when you pee many times over time instead of going in one big wetting, since it gives the diapie time to absorb more evenly! If you're looking to soak them as much as possible, that's the way to go.

How did you find the courage to tell someone you were into the AB lifestyle.
I literally just closed my eyes, breathed, and told them. After hours of building up to it, "explaining" how weird and bad it was, of course ๐ฅฒ I was very insecure about it at one point, and at first, it was really hard for me to talk about it. Eventually, after being told by those people that I was exaggerating and it wasn't that bad, and even rationalising it by telling myself it doesn't hurt anyone and is even therapeutical (the only actual problem being the waste of materials like plastic n stuffs), I stopped being ashamed of it and talk about it as if it's normal. I don't just bring it up randomly, though, only talking about it if the conversation naturally flows to naughty stuff somehow, for educational purposes, of course ๐ I'll explain what it generally consists of, and if they're not interested in the details, then I don't mention it again unless they do first :p another way people might find out is by going into my room and finding pacis, changing pads, etc. randomly scattered through the place ๐ it's too bothersome to actively hide it all the time when it's such an important part of me. If the people around me actually enjoy my company, then it won't be knowing about something this small (considering it doesn't directly affect their life in any way), yet so important for me, that will drive them away. This is what I believe :p

I spent a good part of my life ashamed of being trans and tried to hide it, even as a kid, because of the things I heard from my dad... Then, at some point, I had to make the choice to either come out and be myself or keep hiding and suffer for what might've been the rest of my life.
Hiding is not worth it... If the people around you love you, they'll want you to be happy and will love you for who you are, not who you pretend to be. This, as long as who you are does not interfere with other people's right to be themselves (which is never the case when it comes to being trans, it's just that this statement can be applied to other things xd). It's as they say: your freedom ends where other people's start

how did you get into wearing diapers and being a little?
I was around 8-10 y/o when I saw a video about weird kinks and, ironically, I found it really weird at the time, to the point of leaving a mean-spirited comment ๐
Not sure how long it was before I stole one of my lil sister's pull ups and, well, loved it hehe
About being little... it's a part of me. I'm childish by nature, but due to being mocked for it n stuffs while I was younger, I ended up sort of internalising the shame... I felt embarrassed if I let that side of me out, even if I was alone, so I didn't and always contained it. Daddy helped a lot with working this out because he makes me feel really safe and relaxed around him and, even though it was hard at first, I have come to accept this side and be proud of it more and more c: this is pretty recent, we met irl less than a year ago and I still have this bad feeling about some stuff, but am fighting it, because it's not something anyone should be ashamed of ๐ค
I am sorry people have a problem with trans people, personally I am don't know what there problem is with the idea.
I don't think there's a logical reason, it's mostly cultural and based on education. These people probably grow up hearing trans is bad because of God, or because it's unnatural, or something like that :/ current science backs the existence of trans people and how transitioning helps us have a better life and be happier (and I can confirm that, having been on HRT and socially transitioned for 2 years :p), so you can't logically be transphobic. It really has to be based on opinion, trauma, or something subjective, I think.

It's kinda obvious, I think ๐ I like to soak them as much as I can, BUT I also absolutely hate leaks, so I'm always scared that'll happen when they start getting soggier ;-;
