With this sample I aimed to make a practical material that would be warm and lightweight so I made pockets and stuffed them for more of a quilted texture. If I was to develop this one I would make it entirely waterproof to act as a portable "nest" of sorts. My work has focused on the sleeping places of the homeless and how found materials may be used to turn litter into comfort and hard concrete into soft homes. #plastic #weave #quilting #finalsample #visualisation #textiles #test
