Occasionally, dogs come to #BHNW with end-stage health issues or very late in their #senior years. Although our goal is to place dogs in adoptive homes, there are times when it is not in their best interest to be moved again. In these cases, we want to keep them comfortable, their care stable, and under the BHNW umbrella for their lifetime. These dogs live out their lives in the home of dedicated BHNW volunteers who know the gift they are giving is priceless. 11-year-old Tiffany is just one of the #sweetandloving Final Refuge Dogs in our care.
