Starter for @egumonto [Egmont]
This time he definitely was up for too long. Originally, he planned on only working through one week without sleep...then it turned into two rather quickly...and now he was considering making it some sort of achievement of getting to one month. He considered, for a moment, if he weren't a demon, that would maybe kill him, right? In any case, he should be getting some sleep tonight. Today? Tonight. Or..today? He wasn't really sure what time it was, the only clock in his office unfortunately having stopped working quite a while ago. However, the work he got done while staying up for so long was a sight to behold. Stacks of papers, filled with endless amounts of research he conducted... Just a pleasure for the eye. Lec sat at his desk, pushing himself up and stretching, only of course after organizing the last bit of work he had. The Mans current target of research, a better cure for some sort of vomit inducing illness, one call it what they want, was going well. He didn't usually like shoving cold medicine at people, but most of them nearly demanded it. Because they tend to take, what they know best. Thus it was always trouble trying to find volunteers to test his self created medicine. If he couldn't find any volunteers, well...he just had to force some lucky people into helping him. But...this was it, right? This just made sense, as far as his research went. Should be getting rid of all those vomit stained sheets. Sorting through his stacked papers, he froze for a second, a nasty grin spreading on his face. There was someone near. Weird, considering he already was at a specific place in the castle. A place most people wouldn't go to because of Lec's...nightly operations. Did someone get lost? Ah, then again, the devil was out, and mayhaps depending on the time of day, people were still sleeping? But then, Envi doesn't sleep, does he? Lec stepped over to the door. It was a quiet one, that door, click loud enough to let Lec know if someone was leaving, or, well, fleeing; but quiet enough not to alarm others of his presence. As soon as he stepped outside, he saw a much smaller angel walking down the hall. Familiar.... Before the angel could spot him, so he hoped, Lec quickly retreated into his office, grin still in place. No need to cause an unnecessary ruckus. He didn't have any quarrels with angels, and they shouldn't with him. Maybe the angel will just leave, if he waits. “Wonder how he looks like on the inside.” He cackled a tad bit louder than he wanted to. Covering his mouth, he quietly made his way over his working place and waited, possibly for the angel to pass by. Though as he turned around, his grin faltered ever so slightly. Oh. He didn't shut the door properly.
What a silly mistake, obviously the sleep schedule was to blame...
