You probably haven't marked the official end of Dawn of Bubbles on your personal calendar but I am keeping track: I'm at 52 posts out of 60. That's less than 3 weeks of work. With that in mind, I'm starting to prepare for the finale. It's always nice to end on a high note but I personally find it very hard to make the final post standout as the final one. I much prefer focusing on making the last posts leading to the finale work that I'll be very proud of (as opposed to the occasional fluke). 

Extras

Reaching the end of a project is a big milestone. My recent personal projects are some of the things I'm the most proud of. It's only natural that I would like to celebrate these milestones in some way.

I find that putting together something using the project's work is a really rewarding exercise. It's a bit like a diploma after you've completed your studies (although I've never really felt that proud when getting a diploma, it's just too long after you're done before they hand it over). 

Here are some ideas that may apply to photo/art projects:

Big nice prints: it's easy and obvious yet big and nice prints are awesome to look at.

Photo book: I've done one in the past using Blurb. I highly recommend it. You could even try selling copies of it online (I've sold one legitimate copy, yay!).

Calendar: It's cheesy but it might be fun to hand out to family members. 

Video: I've never tried this myself but I think iMovie and other software can make it relatively easy to do a video montage (with some nice music) that would could show off the work in a different way.
