When I watched Pop Star Academy, I thought there could have been two groups at the end. It seemed like HG was initially going after a much younger age demographic and their vision for the girl group seemed to be leaning pretty bubblegum cutesy. But when buttons went mega viral, I think they realized people were hungery for a more mature group and thus, shifted their marketing plan. 

Debut/SIS definitely have a younger vibe to them, and it’s probably because that era was planned before the girls were chosen and it would have been too expensive to scrap that project and debut with Beautiful Chaos vibes. Beautiful Chaos feels like the first KATSEYE project that was written for these girls specifically and what their audience is interested in.  

HG just spent multiple years and so much money training these girls. They helped them curate their looks, taught them how to navigate the public eye, trained them as singers and dancers, and then released them to the industry. HG already knows what these girls are capable of, because they built it (in their minds). Companies love things that save them money. 

Plus, Missy talked ALL THE TIME on PopStar about how long t&d takes and how little time they had to train the girls to get them to debut level. Maybe HG are casting another t&d right now with a brand new group of trainees, but in the meantime, why not debut these girls who are already trained in their model and who have a social media following from the show.

With the Lexie of it all, honestly I think Bang was taken by Lexie from the beginning and he would have put her in any group he formed, if she didn’t leave the show. He is so confident in his ability to spot star quality, I am not surprised even a little, bit that she’s gonna debut in one of his groups. 

I know people are shocked that Lexie went back but imagine that debuting is your dream, they tell you the lineup includes some of your friends from t&d, this time you won’t have to compete, and that Bang personally wanted you to debut. 

It seems like the girls auditioning for FP will know it is an elimination show from the beginning, so I don’t think it’s fair to say that Lexie’s being a hypocrite because the secret reveal of DA being an elimination show was the thing that bothered her. The circumstances seem to be different this time around, plus we have no idea what has happened behind the scenes to make this happen. Maybe it will be revealed if there’s a new docu.

In the same way that KATSEYE filled a gap in the market, I think final piece will too, with a bubblegum pop sound (like WANNABE). 

Frankly, I think it’s genius especially if they market FP as a little sister group of KATSEYE and really lean into it (since a lot of people are already invested in Emily and Megan’s friendship). 

I think their vibes are going to be so different, they’re not really going to be in direct competition a lot, which is what a lot of people are saying online. 

REMEMBER this is the same team that is nailing KATSEYE’s marketing, they are not stupid, they wouldn’t debut another group if they didn’t have a plan to make it work.

Inspired by the uniforms worn by Time Force officers when they're unmorphed combined with a loose cloth sash wrapped around the waste reminiscent of the traditional robes worn by the people of Edenoi.

His suit is decorated with Gold Clocks and Chains symbolic of the planet being liberated from slavery and an opalescent pattern resembling the silhouette of the Deandra Flower, the colors themselves honoring the fallen rangers of his world. And of course you can't forget about the Cape, a piece of Home the Chrono Ranger brought with him as he left on his journey across the multiverse to stop the Arbiter.

The Cain I gave him was made to resemble a Scythe, both modeled after some depictions of Chronos and the Grim Reaper to represent the New Name he took and as a sign of his status as the Last Ranger of his world, the one who seeks to return the favor to the Monster that made him what he is now. I also gave him a Crown with chains on it for more Edenoian influence in the design.
