Coming to the Compound after school and planning on working in the lab for a while, and then maybe heading to the training room (Mr. Stark had told him about a few upgrades for his suit!), Peter makes his way into the kitchen first, planning on grabbing a quick snack. He can do that...right? He’d skipped lunch earlier to make up a test (that he’d missed skipping school to be Spider-Man), and figures he can find something in there.

What he doesn’t expect, is to find Stephanie in the kitchen, running her hand underneath a rushing sink.

Peter’s brows furrow with concern and he nods, making his way over to the freezer. “Are you alright? What happened, did you burn your hand? Oh, um, where’s the ice-where is it?” He mumbles to himself, catching sight of it after a moment and pulling it out, making his way over to her. “That doesn’t look too good, you might need more than some ice and cold water.”

he gave a low grumble of pain as he rolled his shoulder, reaching over after to massage the front of what was left of the limb. sometimes, he could still feel his fingers, but he felt the aches of dull and sharp kinds at all times.

with a shake of his head, he pressed his hand into his thigh and turned that shoulder to the door of the building he intended to enter. the shocks of pain were almost enough to make him want to give up but he stuck with it until the hinges gave way and the whole slab of rotting wood creaked with the strain. with one more shove, he opened it inward, peering into the building now.

         When Harry is tired his OCD goes one of two ways. It’s either completely heightened and he’ll be picky about absolutely everything that comes his way and he’ll be there counting how many grains of damn sugar goes in his coffee. OR he’ll be at total disregard and just dump the entire bag of sugar into his drink and that’s good enough for him.

YOU’RE CRUEL, BUT NOT MEAN!  and so you can recognize the anxiety in this young girl’s expression- she’s not  the sort you would use your scars to scare. and so, when a small roll of film falls from her bag, you decide that it is not the day to be horrid! 

--”miss- you, ah... ya dropped this.”

                “Steph, it’s two in the MORNING. Take a break now or you never will.” Tony tells her firmly. He’s fine with working himself to death but when his right hand girl stays up with him that’s absolutely not okay. They’re walking the length of the compound, cutting through the outer training guards to get from the office buildings to the armoury in the military quarter when Tony stops DEAD in his tracks.

He puts a hand on Steph’s shoulder to stop her too and spins her to face away from him. One hand remaining on her shoulder he points upwards to the sky.
