I want to make a major change but I also am afraid to. I need to listen to my heart and what God is telling me to do and have faith that it will all work out exactly as it's supposed to. In the middle of all of this, it was the fourth week of the Film Independent Director's Close Up, and the team behind the Sundance hit Filly Brown was there. While the night wasn't quite what I was expecting, it was wonderful to listen to them. It set me on fire. I want to make my movie. It's possible, somehow. And now is the time. It can happen. God is good. If God can use fortune cookies to speak then the above might be a message. Normally the fortunes I get are silly or not even fortunes, but as I was sitting lamenting about what to do I cracked open my cookie and this was what was on the paper. It made me sit and wonder "what if?".
