Aunty Pauline Evill of Lawson’s Dry Hills Wines introduced Uncle to: • Heirloom tomato, buffalo mozzarella, nectarine salad. • Fig carpaccio, curd, prosciutto, salted peanut brittle. Ingredients so fresh, in season, locally sourced and presented without fuss, it was a perfect seal to a wonderful day on this jewel in the Gulf.
