day 7 of my world cup series ~

you’d stayed back a little longer to wait for djed in the stands.

he made his world cup debut today, and though people were saying that trent should’ve been the one, you defended him every step of the way.

eventually after waiting for a while you spotted his silhouette coming up the stands. he was wearing the blue nike tech fleece jacket and shorts, along with a pair of shades that looked great on him. you also noticed his accessories: his usual diamond studs and the chain you’d gifted him.

once he reached your section he greeted you with a smile, walking over to the empty seat beside you and sinking down into it. a couple of fans noticed him and asked for photos, autographs and whatnot before he could even say a word to you. you laughed it off as you watched him hit the same pose over and over.

once they left, he dragged you into his lap and rested his head against your chin. “i’m so tired,” he sighed, resting his eyes for a moment.

you were sat in between his legs while he was practicing nuzzling into you. “you played well, though.”

he gave an appreciative smile which you felt against your neck. “love you,” murmured djed before turning around to chat with somebody who started talking to him.

you were sure someone was going to notice you two, the media was sharp. but djed didn’t really seem to care, you were in his lap for fuck’s sake.

he finished up his conversation with the other guy before turning his attention back to you.

“you said i played well?” he asks before puckering his lips. you laughed but leaned down and gave him a kiss. your lips were soft against his and it lasted a while before you pulled away.

he let out a groan when you did, to which you jokingly shoved him.

“when the world cup is over… shit, i can’t wait for the things i’m gonna do to you,” mumbled djed before squeezing your right thigh.

in private it was pretty normal of him to do something like that. but in public? having you in his lap was already a lot, let alone this.

“really? tell me then,” you poked, shifting in his lap while adjusting your sunnies.

“eh… it can wait.”

you scoffed and shoved him again, causing him to let out a snort. “you’re no fun. like actually.”

he cocked one of his eyebrows, looking at you from behind his shades. “and yet you’re still in my lap.” he emphasised by squeezing your thigh again, this time the left.

“you’re so annoying! you’re squeezing my thigh and keeping me in your lap but you refuse to tell me what you want to do.”

“i just like showin’ you off. ‘cause i loooove you,” he teased, nuzzling his nose into the crook of your neck.

“whatever. i love you too, i guess.”
