If you never had Fiesta Corn let me tell you about it.

Its corn on the cob that is grilled in the husk once grilled you pull the husk back and then you slather some mayonase on it. Then you liberally sprinkle it with parmasan cheese and then chip crumbs of your choosing I liked the pork rhines myself I thought that was really good.

For those that are afraid to try it please by all means give it a try how else are you going to know that you like it or not.

I was curious about it myself and I really enjoyed it
