I remember this one time me and my mom went to this old white couple's apartment in field service and they immediately were hostile. The woman in particular yelled at me over and over again "your parents are stupid, you know that?" And then she called the cops on our whole service group for that day. I was around 12 and I completely broke down crying, overwhelmed by the police and the yelling. Yes it made me not want to go in service again but you know what else it made me feel?
