Hi so i know you guys aren't professionals but I need help distinguishing the difference between an anxiety attack and a panic attack cause they seem really similar and I'm just trying to figure out which ones which, any help with setting them apart would be nice :) please tag this with fiash thank you x

i answered a post about anxiety attacks and panic attacks that includes many symptoms and the differences so you may want to check that out here.
But panic attack are something that comes on quite suddenly or out of no where and last about 10 minutes give or take (it just depends on the person).
some of the symptoms include:
palpitations.pounding heart
sweating, trembling, shaking
chest pain or discomfort
nausea, feeling dizzy, unsteady, lightheaded, or faint
Anxiety attacks are similar but can last for a lot longer (hours, days, weeks or even months worst case scenario).
Some symptoms for anxiety attacks include:
Muscle tension
Difficulty concentrating
Fatigue or not being able to sleep for a full night
Being restless and irritable
Increased heart rate
Shortness of breath
Dizziness
