Hello, fellow Harry Potter fans :)
I'd like to invite you to Ilvermorny, which is a new forum for Harry Potter where members of each house (Horned Serpent, Thunderbird, Pukwudgie, and Wampus) compete against one another for the House Cup. Here you'll find writing prompts incorporated into class assignments, events, extracurriculars, and during summer break (mid-June to the end of August), summer assignments which will earn students House points. The forum is reconstructed from a now inactive forum of the same name; we'd love to have you in this new remake!
The only mandatory assignments for members are class assignments, which are monthly threads posted at 12:00 AM UTC on the first of each month. Each thread will contain various assignments for seven different classes; each member is expected to submit at least one fic per thread (so once per month), though you are welcome to submit as many as you'd like to gain extra points for your house!
If you would like to participate as a student, please sign up in the Gordian Knot Thread! Monthly assignments will open in September; until the end of August we will have optional fortnightly Summer Assignments open to earn additional points for your house. Head Student and Prefect positions are also available right now, so if you're interested in those, a form will be available soon!
If you aren't interested in writing for the forum and participating as a student, we also have several Examiner (Judges) positions ready to be filled. Simply fill out the Examiners' application posted in the Notice Board thread and you're good to go.
