Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 egg. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for garnish.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, feta cheese, chopped basil, breadcrumbs, diced red onion, minced garlic, and one beaten egg. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
