Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Beat the softened butter and granulated sugar in a sizable mixing bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. One egg at a time, beat in, and then mix in the extract of peppermint. Mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt in a different bowl.
