Festive Pudding Cookies with Sprinkles These delightful pudding cookies are soft, chewy, and packed with festive sprinkles, making them perfect for any celebration. Ingredients: Unsalted butter and shortening (combination not specified) Granulated sugar Eggs 100% pure vanilla extract All-purpose flour Instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounce box) Baking powder Salt Christmas sprinkles (red, green, and white sprinkle mix recommended) Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, shortening, and sugar using a stand mixer or hand mixer until light and fluffy, about 4-5 minutes. Beat in the eggs, vanilla extract, and instant pudding mix until well combined. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing well between each addition until fully incorporated. Using a cookie scoop or a heaping tablespoon, scoop the dough and roll it into a ball. Roll the dough ball in a bowl of sprinkles to coat thoroughly. Place the sprinkle-coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are set and lightly golden brown around the edges. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack to cool completely.

These delectable Gingerbread Kiss Cookies combine the warm spices of gingerbread with the sweetness of a Hershey's Kiss, making them an ideal holiday treat.
Ingredients: 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1 tsp ground ginger. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/2 tsp ground cloves. 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg. 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar. 1 large egg. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 cup molasses. Hershey's Kisses, unwrapped.
Instructions: Add the salt, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, baking soda, and baking powder to a medium-sized bowl. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients together. Melt the butter and mix it with the white sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. After adding the egg, stir in the molasses and vanilla extract until everything is well mixed. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them in until they are just combined. Put the dough in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight with the lid on. Warm your oven up to 375F 190C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Chill the dough and then roll it into 1-inch balls. Place them on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Put it in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are set. As soon as you take the cookies out of the oven, press an unwrapped Hershey's Kiss into the middle of each one. Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way.
