1、 Form of material

Granular materials are formed after granulation, drying, screening and packaging. The shape is smooth, grain by grain. In order not to destroy the integrity of particles in the process of raw material upgrading, it can be upgraded slowly through smooth transition. The powdered materials are directly screened after being crushed by a crusher. Powdered materials can be used regardless of the original state of the material. If the dust is large, some closed hoists can be used.

2、 Material flow direction

Because the granular material is round and has good fluidity, we can measure it by self discharge. We generally change the flow by changing the diameter of the three-stage feeding device to control the packaging speed and accuracy. Since the powdery materials are powdery materials, the general fluidity is not very good, but the original state is not considered. The spiral feeding method and forced feeding method can be used to measure the materials. We also changed the thick spiral and thin spiral to control the speed and accuracy of measurement.

3、 Dust of materials

Granular materials have a large proportion and are not easy to form dust in the air. Therefore, we generally do not need to consider dust treatment when packaging, and the open weighing method will not pollute the air and factory environment.

The specific gravity of powdery materials is light. If the dry powder is in the air, as long as there is vibration and flow, it will form large dust. After packing, there is a lot of dust. Inhalation of a large amount of dust is harmful to human body. Dust removal and purification should be considered in the packaging machine. If it is a powdery material with certain moisture, the dust will not be so large. We don't need to pay attention to dust pollution.
