Mugwort (Artemesia vulgaris) is one of my favorites! I learned about it from Abu Talib at Taqwa Community Garden in the Bronx- he grows and trims it like a shrub and he uses it for rheumatism (and as a diuretic), and he was the one to teach me to harvest it in Spring. Later I learned from my friends Jacoby Ballard and Dori Midnight that it intensifies your dreams if you drink the tea or smoke the dried leaves before bed. It is imprinted on my wedding ring (Chris has Lemon Balm).
