Hmm.. how to bring DID up to a therapist? I personally feel like if they don’t take you seriously, then you should find another therapist asap because a good therapist wouldn’t do that. And yes, bad therapists exist. Always trust your gut. If something they say doesn’t sit well with you or if you just don’t connect with them, it’s ok to find another one. Sometimes it takes time. But don’t give up and feel discouraged. You are valid, ok?
