#feeling really violent

I keep thinking to what triggers my moments where I can and have almost maimed because I was in harms way or others were.   I see posts about people being threatened and while I know violance is not the answer I just wish to cause harm to the person who has stepped outside their rights of expression.  Threaten to rape someone, there will be hell if I get a hold of you.  Try to stab anyone because they don’t fall in with your view points, stay away from me.  It’s not that I look intimidating, it isn’t even that I’ve had extensive training. I just will.   That’s the problem.  People who know me have accepted this. If there is a fight, and you go to harm me or someone else I will take you down, even if it means going down myself.
