May change up the artwork concept in my living room to be focused entirely on salt chunkz. Thoughts? Okay enough rambling. Super simple salted honey oatmeal chocolate chunk cookies ⬇️ ⠀⠀ Dry ingredients: • 1 cup almond flour • 1 cup oats • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1/4 tsp nutmeg • 1/4 tsp baking soda • 1/4 tsp baking powder • pinch of sea salt ⠀⠀ Wet ingredients: • 2 eggs • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • 2 tbsp butter, melted • 2 tbsp honey ⠀⠀ Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl 3. Combine wet in another 4. Combine wet +dry 5. Fold in chocolate chips 6. Sprinkle PHAT SEA SALT FLAKES on top 7.
