Begging serious people to understand that Fed-jacketing—i.e., falsely accusing people in organizations of being federal agents to sow discord—was actually a COINTELPRO tactic. Yes radical and leftist orgs were infiltrated by the Feds, but there were far less of them than they wanted us to believe! Getting community members to convince themselves that people being wrong or just a jerk are actually Feds, does the Fed's work for them. And yes, actual Feds did intentionally act like jerks and cause problems to set that pattern and expectation!
