Trying to find appropriate videos for the first post. (There aren't many.) I just came across this. I'd never seen this before, since I primarily use a shower bench, and I'm kind of confused. Are they showering in the chair? In the same chair that they use day to day? Because that's what it looks like and that kind of confuses me. Like...I've been to water parks and played around sprinklers in the chair (and even managed to flood the Dangerchair's motor once during a spirited water balloon/water pistol fight) and a wet chair/seat is not entirely comfortable.
I can see a practical value in it, though, with patients who aren't as independent or rely heavily on family members/in-home care nurses to tend to them. Lifting another person in and out of a shower bench or bathtub is hard work.
That said, I really want one of these tubs. I haven't had a bubble bath in years and I miss them!
