This month the Drumbot has been busy working away at another songwriting challenge - to write a 14 track album in 28 days. And here it is! There are guest appearances from three more of the crew, see if you can spot them. The album is pay-what-you-want, but if anyone does pay for it, any proceeds will be donated to Youth Music - plus the development company Softwire will be matching anything donated.

I think February Album Writing Month (FAWM) is off to a good start. I’ve got a verse and a chorus for one song so I’d say I’m on track to write 14 songs in 28 days. The goal here is just to write; Revising, arranging, and recording can wait. Inevitably, I’ll record a bunch of demos along the way. 【Sat 26 Jam / Space Project / Archives】 * Santa Dhalma Live. いつもありがとうございます(^^) * #Repost @santadharmaband with @get_repost ・・・ We did a weird thing (for us): we wrote a brand spanking new song outside of #fawm season 😱 recorded it 😳 and performed it live the week after 🤯 We suppose more miraculous things have transpired but we’re impressed with ourselves. We can blame @carrecords for inviting us to sell unreleased music at CD-R day, so instead of just digging up old half-finished stuff, we recorded three tracks in a couple weeks, but now that we know it’s coming up next year perhaps we can be more prepared (or just procrastinate AF as we do 🥳). Here’s a snippet of the new song from our gig last Saturday using a retro #tr606 and #livelooping various instruments on top with our double RC-202 setup. Who all is ready for #fawm2019 ?!?
