I really need help guys, Idk what to do at this point :-(
I have a question about the "eat fewer calories than your body needs" advice that I keep reading everywhere. For the past 11 months I've been eating anywhere from 1200 to 1500 calories per day. I now find out that since I weigh 195lbs (started even heavier at 237lbs) , 5"9 the amount of calories that is needed to maintain my body weight is approximately 195x15 =2925 calories. I have been eating significantly less than that for several months and at 1500 calories, I cannot afford to cut 500 calories which is what every article suggests that we do in order to lose fat. I do cardio and weight training and I always vary/intensify my program. I've been stuck at this weight for at least 3 months and I don't know what to do. Please help :-(
