Three OC Facts - Tyranny
- Vidia’s favorite color is white. It’s a boring color to some, but she has good memories associated with it so that’s enough for her. The first is the memory of learning to bake with her mother and the two of them getting covered in flour and the other is from her first night after winning her freedom from the Proving Grounds and she got to sleep on perfectly clean, white sheets for the first time in seven years.
- Most people wrote her off as some savage teenager given her past as a pit fighter after she first came to Tunon’s court and her distant and seemingly cold demeanor didn’t help things. After an interesting first meeting, Felix was the first one to really try to break through her walls. He helped her learn that it’s okay to rely on someone other than herself, that attachments don’t have to end in tragedy, and became her first true friend. Vidia is forever grateful to him for showing her what it’s like to truly live again and not just survive, among other things.
- She is pretty emotionally attached to her hair. When she was still fighting, she kept it messily sheared to her scalp for her own safety as well as ease of care. Once Vidia was free, she immediately began to grow it out simply because she could. It can be a pain to maintain, but she also finds the act of caring for it relaxing so it stays (also it’s just pretty).
