Alignment :: What would be their D&D alignment? How might it come into play? Chaotic good. All the way. Magnus is generally a good person, and if he thinks a rule/law is in the way of doing the right thing he wouldn’t hesitate to ignore it entirely. He does good because he wants to, not because someone says he has to. Beverage :: What do they most like to drink, and why? Mead, Dwarven Ales, Water. Magnus is not one to shy away from a good time, and alcohol is  good way to grease the wheels. Water is different. Water is both tasteless, and different by region, he feels like he gets a taste of the region. Co-Habitate :: Do they live with anyone? What’s “need to know” before moving in? Yup! When we first started adventuring, we’d split 2 people to a room. Now they all live in a Keep, and have their own space.  Not really, it takes a lot to get under his skin. Decor :: What kind of home do they keep? Are there any defining details? A pretty organized one. Well decorated, and expensive. Magnus comes from $$$. A large library, star maps, dark wood, furs. Shades of Blue and gold sprinkles throughout, and a second floor. Escape :: What do they do to destress? How successful is it? Alone, Magnus is fond of reading, drawing and exploring.  With friends, Drinks, and conversation mainly.  Usually it helps, but theres always stubborn cases now, and then though. Fluff :: What hits their soft spot? Does anything them into emotional goo? THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP. He may not show it, but friends are this life’s greatest treasure, and now having a strong bond with people who aren’t directly related to him, he’s very content. Grudge :: How bad does an insult go over? Do they hold a grudge long? It depends on the insult. Some of them aren’t worth the time, but if you realy get under his skin he can be spiteful.  Hobby :: What’s something they do for fun that might be surprising? I guess Singing. Though like I said in that other question, it’s very rare anymore. Insomnia :: What’s their sleeping schedule like? Snorer? Sound sleeper? His mind often runs, and his hard to quiet. I wouldn’t call it insominia, he sleeps about 6.5 hours a night. Light Snorer, sound sleeper. Jaded :: Do they buy into the “happily ever after” ideal? What’s their standard? Having his house destroyed in a fire where his parents died left him pretty wounded emotionally. It hurt to lose them, but he knew that being jaded by this wouldn’t be honoring them. He Believes if you try, there’s a happy ending for all of us. it just might not necessarily be what you thought it was. Standard? Like in a relationship? I guess intelligence. I don’t think Magnus could deal with someone stupid, or naive. He likes a good match in wits. and Blondes. Kin :: What’s their role among their relations? Do they consider others family? Magnus was the first born grandson, son to the “Heir” of the clan. His best friends were his cousins Magni, and Moori. He’s pretty close to his companions currently. Law :: What do they think about abiding rules? Are they selective about it? when it comes to just himself, if it suits him. He’s not above ignoring the law for the sake of doing what’s right. If something like the clan’s reputation, or business, he’s more careful. Or he’ll remove himself representing the clan. Magic :: In a magic series or not, are they accepting, or is each instance a shock? It’s pretty common place. Network :: Are they connected to the people? How much do they reach out to others? They have a huge network of business connections, though it’s not that heavily relied on. Offspring :: What kind of parent would they be? Would they prefer one, or multiple? Probably a good one. Like his Father, he’d probably spoil the kids a bit, but be stern when needed. He’d hate to be tough on them, but know that he’d need to build a strong foundation. Pistol :: Is this character skilled with a weapon? What’s their opinion of violence? One Handed weapon, and shield. He’s fond of hammers. It’s Satisfying. (Violence) Question :: How often do they feel doubt? What topics are they defensive about? Magnus feels doubtful that he could lead the group, but that’s also where he feels he’s best utilized.  He gets defensive when he feels that other people think he’s useless, or not pulling his weight. Magnus most definitely needs a group structure, he’s not really one to just fill any role. Reminder :: How are they at remembering daily needs? What falls through the cracks? He’s pretty good now, but when he first set out he was a little overwhelmed to do things like have great hair. Sing :: Do they like music? Do they listen often/sing/hum/play songs in their head? His mother loved to sing, and they used to sing together. Since his parents died in the fire, he rarely does it anymore. Touch :: How do they handle contact? Is their personal bubble big? Well ;)  Upcoming :: How much do they think of the future? Do they make long-term plans? Much more than he used to these days, what with the Shining war, and literal Gods appearing before them. Vice :: What bad habits do they have? Is there something they would be ashamed of? The occasional drinking/whoring binge. I don’t think he feels much shame in such activities. He isn’t above them, everyone needs a catharsis occasionally, and some times it’s easier to pay. Wardrobe :: What’s their fashion style? Do they have any staple pieces? 60% practical clothing 40% style. His color choices usually dwell within the realms of Blue, Black, White, Gold, and browns. X-Ray :: How’s their health? Any problem areas? Do they take care of themselves? He’s in great shape, he spares with Asher quite often. Though he does get the crap kicked out of him more than occasionally. Yes. A Lesson he learned a while back is that you can’t take care of others if you can’t fulfill your own needs. Yack :: What’s their favorite thing to talk about? What do they go on about? Mythology, legends. He’s a huge nerd.  Zodiac :: What’s their astro sign? Does it fit? What would you pick, if it’s unknown? An Aries. Stubborn as the ram, and born to set the world ablaze. I guess not 100% like it does me. Magnus is a little less stubborn than I am, but all of my Characters share a birthday, so :P We should totally make Zodiac signs for Ashvar though.
