Its always fascinating to come across people who say "xyz hasn't been studied and proven to meet my needs" and use that as an end all to any conversation. Like, my friend, what gets research funding is highly politicized and complex. Do you think research grows out of thin air? Do you think there isn't bias in research that can hinder certain hypotheses being "proven" or entire fields be discounted? Anecdotal evidence is useless and leads to nowhere, not potential new research subjects, angles or future findings? It must be so simple to live that way lol
