This whole incredibly weird journey started with a male acrobat nurse that I met at #nemourschildrenshospital hospital and 2016. He was doing a handstand and I was like I want to do that again! I don't judge weird people, I learn from them. Stories matter. I began #fasciablasting on my left shoulder in 2016 in the winter. I was hopeful to be able to get my left arm even with my right arm so I could even work out again and lift weights. Get the nerve to jump heels over head. Fascia blasting was what started the journey the acrobat was what got me interested in gravity and trying to defy it again and it's all just been a tremendous journey I never thought I'd be on. ANYONE who knew me before 2016 you know this was not my life. It's just been an incredible ride seeing how far I could push the limits and getting healthy eating better foods going 3 days incorporating fruits, nuts and whole grains and going 4 days eating lower carb diet. Strength training no less than 20 min a day. Cardio 15 minutes a day minimum. (For real mostly through dance or rollerblades) It's made me have faith in the fact that anything is really possible if you just put some time and effort into it .. your health is worth it. Feeling awesome in 2019! I've been telling my #specialneeds friends especially how important it is for your back to stay aligned. I swear I was in pain all the time before 2016. Unreal the changes. . https://www.instagram.com/p/Bw63gk8gStH/?igshid=1v8gq1m2sixu5
