What happened to the email about housing? Will you guys be replying soon?

i personally don't interface with the housing side of operations but i am so sorry you haven't heard back! please message our facebook page or email us at [email protected] with your issue, and the housing team should be getting back to you ASAP! also, feel free to come off anon and message me privately as well, and we can discuss/get your question to the right persons. as of right now, if you registered after 2/28 i believe we cannot accommodate housing requests :( we have limited capacity and students have space constraints, so i sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused :(

I bought the 2 day ticket but I won't be there until later in the evening on Saturday to check in. Would that still be okay?

that should be fine! what time exactly are you thinking of checking in? our registration tables are open until 5pm! if you arrive later than that, feel free to shoot us a message on our facebook page or head to the venue for that time's event, and there will be staff that can accommodate you :)

The schedule for the first day has late registration until 5pm, but doesn't mention where to register if you can only attend on sunday. If I still buy my ticket online, do I go to register at the same place, or would it be different because it's the next day?

How much will the shirts cost?

the t-shirts this year will cost between $5-10. we are still putting the finishing touches on our design and getting price quotes from various vendors, but rest assured we will try to make it as affordable and worth-it as possible for you all! this year's shirt will be simple yet engaging :)

the entrance fee for our convention is $20 :) this gives you access to lunch on day one, snacks, various activities, workshops, panels, performance night, and the fan meet-up on day two!

So my two of my friends have asked me to register for them and am I allowed to purchase more than one ticket under my name when I register? Or will I have to fill in their information and purchase for each person individually?

you are able to purchase more than one ticket for your friends, but please make sure that:

1. in your “notes to the seller” on the payment page, you indicate the names of all individuals you are purchasing tickets for, and

2. each one of you fills out the first part of the registration form prior to the payment stage separately. we need all of your info for our records :)
