Okay so I love when fics just play with one specific trait for a character - in this case, Dudley's muggleness - and have it spin out into this new What If? scenario.
Interestingly, I enjoyed that Dudley was still a brat after finding out that he was a wizard. Keep in mind, I did absolutely want bad things to happen to him because of how much he SUCKED, but that honestly just means that the author did a great job. I also liked seeing this new take on how Harry would have ended up if Dudley had been a wizard.
Side note - this is the new fixed sort of background for Harry Potter gen fics - fics that are more romance heavy will have a different background.
