1: What’s the longest fic you’ve read & how many words?

OKAY So double checking on my filed fics offline list, and it's this one:

The Gilded Cage by BeautifulFiction (E, 326,887 w., 31 Ch. || Omegaverse || Omega Sherlock / Alpha John, Friends to Lovers, Dub Con, Reproductive Rights) – In a world where Omegas are the property of the elite Alphas, locked away and treasured by those wealthy enough to buy them, John never questioned his flatmate's secondary gender. Sherlock Holmes was an Alpha through-and through. Wasn't he? But this series here is the longest one I've read from (I haven't read all the fics yet:

And the knowledge that the love of his life is being used to test an addictive drug - at the risk of John's sanity and life.

Gilded Cage and the first story of that series are fantastic, so give them a go :)

2. Favourite colour?

I have a few! Purple, blue and teal are my faves. My hair is purple and blue, I love it so much :D

3. First fandom you were in?

Oooo this is a tough one... I've been in fandom spaces as long as I can remember, but the one I was first ACTIVE in was Sonic the Hedgehog SatAM. I was a prolific fic writer for the series WAY BEFORE even FFNet even existed. I don't think the stories even exist online anymore (the website that they were hosted on, without warning, wiped everyone who was hosted on it when they got bought out) though I do still have the original copies of the word docs. They're TERRIBLY written (I wrote them when I was around 12) but I love them for the fact that they were my first foray into fanfiction. After that, subsequently, I was in the Darkwing Duck fandom, which I rejoined again a few years after and quietly departed when TMNT 2012 came out, and then Sherlock took over my brain space and I quietly left TMNT. Sherlock is the longest fandom I've been active in and the only one I've ever been "a voice" for (for lack of a better word I can't think of at the moment, LOL). Right now I'm not AS deep into Sherlock as I once was, but I still enjoy the fandom itself which is why I keep running this blog LOL.

Ah. So it has LOL. To be fair though:

There are, collectively, nearly double the fics in the Sherlock Fandom, so they probably average out to be about the same (don't ask me to math it, I am TERRIBLE at math LOL). AND the GO fandom kind of only has 2 popular ships (the Bureaucracy and the Husbands) whereas the Sherlock fandom has a TONNE of combinations that are pretty popular, LOL.

the multi-pov format was amazing because we could see how deep the misunderstanding was between lando and her, especially since he really didn’t see what her problem was (such an idiot, but that is just typical for men!). and the way oscar really was the good guy... wow. this truly was a masterpiece.

(also, i would absolutely die for a part 2, but i completely understand if that’s not what you intended for this fic, so just sending all the love! but tbh, i wouldn’t be mad if you wrote another extremely angsty fic again—maybe you already have and i just need to stalk your masterlist now, because you are incredibly talented!)
