Final chap posted for anyone in need of something cheerful.

Hak looked over at the princess. His whole body and soul frozen by the poison. She stood a few feet in front of him, sword drawn. A dragon, with scales the colors black and red, the pattern looking like a black widow, stood just a few feet away. "I won't let you come any closer to him!!" Yona proclaimed with a fire in her eyes. "Hm..." The dragon smiled before pulling her dark black hair back out of her face and revealing fangs... Yona gasped. Those fangs were the identical to the markings left on some of the villagers. "A girl like you is powerless against a dragon of the new land. But if you insist on being sacrificed for this man.... Then I accept." The dragon leaps forward. Yona jumps back just in time to dodge a slew of venom. She slices her sword horizontally, cutting the dragons arm. "You Bitch..." The dragon snarled before attempting to grab the Princess, but the princess narrowly manages to escape. Hak sits there, frozen, trying his hardest to break free of these invisible chains. He's watching as the two dodge each other's Attacks but he knows Yona will not be able to endure the strain of this fight for long. Why did he allow himself to get hit with that venom? He should have seen it coming. His head is feeling faint as he continues trying to force his body to move, but it is to no avail. The more he struggles.. The blurrier the world around him is becoming. Yona looks over to see Hak trying to stay conscious. 'At this rate.. We will both... I have to draw her away from him... At least long enough for someone to find him...' Yona then took her sword and cut her arm open. Blood dripped down her hand, causing the dragon to shiver, an animalistic aura beginning to take over her. "The look and smell of blood tempts you, doesn't it?" Yona says before taking off running into the forest. "Come and try and get your meal." With that the dragon is unable to resist. She lunges forward chasing after Yona with all her might. "Princess..." Hak tries to call out but collapses. Yona races... Trying her hardest to keep some sort of distance between her and that dragon. She dodged trees and rocks and continues running before finally coming to a clearing. She yelps as she practically skids to a stop. In front of her is a cliff. Directly below is a rushing river. "Caught you.." She could hear the dragon behind her. Yona turns around, sword still in hand. There was no way she could get out of this. The best thing is to try and kill her. The dragon lunges at her. Yona tries to a dodge the attack but gets caught by one of the dragons arms. Yona flings back and ends up falling backwards, the dragon falling with her. The dragon grips Yona and bites her. A burning pain courses though her entire body. Yona takes her sword and stabs it into the dragon's side. The dragon releases her with a scream and Yona and the dragon both plunge into the rushing river. 'Hak.. I'm sorry...' ................................ Hak wakes up gasping. "Princess!!!" He yells only to be shoved back down. "Don't move around too much. Your body is still recovering." Yoon scolds, but his voice and his eyes are blank. "Princess Yona... Where's Yona?!" "Hak calm down." Yoon tries to hold him down but fails. Hak stumbles to his feet and wobbles out the room. On the outside, Jae ha and Zeno are standing silently. "Hak." "Did you find..." "Kija and Shinah are out searching the forest. You need to rest." Jae ha says while placing his hand on his friend's shoulder. "I'm going to go look for her." Hak takes another wobbly step towards the forest. "You are in no state to go anywhere." Jae ha responds while Zeno bounces in front of Hak. "Zeno won't let you go anywhere." Hak grits his teeth. "If you both don't let me go. I will force my way through." Right then Hak buckles and begins coughing violently. "Damn it..." Yoon runs out with anesthetic. He pokes the needle into the back of the Dark Dragon's neck and Hak collapses. "Sorry Hak..." He says before looking up at the other dragons. "We still haven't found Yona..." Jae ha says looking downcast. "We have to find her soon... If Yona was in contact with that poison... If she isn't treated soon..." "She'll lose her memory.. Or worse... I know..." Jae ha finishes looking up to the sky. "Yona-dear... Where are you?" ********************************************* Okay guys!!!
