My version, originally published on the wishlist poll, is Captain America (WWII), Thor, and Thor (Jane Foster)'s abilities combined. Signature-locked, he would combine Cap's high block proficiency, Jane's Shock plus stun-chaining against Shocked foes, and OG Thor's specials with True Damage on the S1 and Stun chance on all three. His Signature Ability would combine Cap’s Safeguard ability with Thor’s Ragnarok ability.
