Why might it be that everyone deserves healthcare, everyone deserves to have enough to eat, everyone deserves an education, everyone deserves a living wage, everyone deserves clean water to drink, everyone deserves clean air to breathe, and everyone deserves affordable housing is NOT EQUIVALENT to Mexicans are rapists, non-white immigrants are destroying America, Muslims are terrorists, Robert E. Lee was a hero and defender of the white race, America was better when white people could own black people and Jim Crow was a great thing, it’s ok to assault journalists, women belong in the kitchen, nonwhites don’t belong in America, and Nazis are very fine people. I wonder if perhaps the first set of beliefs and the second set of beliefs ARENT EQUALLY REPREHENSIBLE.
