Ingredients: 1 cup pumpkin puree. 1/2 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
Instructions: Put everything in a mixing bowl and mix them together. Mix until everything is smooth and well mixed. Put the mix into a silicone mold or a baking dish with a liner. Use a spatula to make the top smooth. You can freeze it for one to two hours, or until it gets firm. Let it cool down a bit, then cut it up into small pieces. Keep in the fridge or freezer in a container that won't let air in.
