During Shilo’s fall, her forearms and forelegs have become blue like she has frostbite and ice cracks marks reflecting her ice powers. Her wings were viciously ripped off from her back and was stab in the stomach by Michael, the man who she thought would love her.
Fallen Stone: Unholy
As Shilo wanders aimlessly down the streets, she huffs out and shakes her head in disbelief. "Geez, that succubus really knows how to get on my nerves." She mumbled to herself. "She's worse than Lute and Adam." As much as she doesn't want to admit it, Scya has moral flaws worse than Adam and Lute combined. Adam doesn't flirt a lot, and Lute is more aggressive than forceful. She wonders why they have never been sent down to Hell like she and Lucifer have. Most likely favoritism rather than judgmental.
But as she continued wandering down the streets, she noticed a slight shift in the air. She stopped her track and took notice of her surroundings. The buildings look empty, lack any life, and no sinners are in sight. She let out a gasp, seeing something on the ground. Something she feared she would never see in her life.
Lying on the ground is an angelic spear, its steel covered with old, dried-up blood, left abandoned among the littering ground of angelic weapons. The same angelic weapons Exorcist angels used to hunt the sinners. Shilo placed her hands over her mouth, staring with pure, unadulterated horror. She didn't want to believe it, but it was staring at her in wide open spaces. She looked around, hoping to find any survivors left, but there was no life left.
"Where is everyone?" She whispered, taking in the sight. For the first time in her life, she has finally seen the truth of what Heaven spent eons trying to hide.
"Dead." A voice answered her, as if it had heard her whispering voice. "You've entered the part where the exorcist angels have completely wiped this area out."
Shilo turned to her left, seeing an owl-like demon wearing a fedora hat inside his car while looking at her. What Shilo doesn't know is that that demon is Travis, Valentino's worker, who has been tasked by him to pick up Shilo.
Travis took a good look at Shilo, from head to the heel of her shoes. "So you're the bitch that froze every sucker at the start." He acknowledged her. He then let out a flirty smirk. "I was expecting something more vicious and deadly, but seeing you like this. fuck, you are a turn on." He chuckled.
Shilo groaned. "Disgusting." She rolled her eyes and started walking away.
Travis then has his car drive slowly, keeping her in sight. "Right. You're still an angel, of course, you're a virgin who thinks she's too good," he spat at the idea of talking to a virgin soul.
"Because it's forbidden for a holy being to commit any form of sin, even intimate actions," Shilo explained. She pressed forward, trying to get away from him.
"Geez, you angels are always so serious." Travis huffed out, getting annoyed by her tone of voice and trying to avoid any topic.
Shilo stopped, making Travis stop his car. "Don't push it." She snarled at him, glaring at him coldly, sending a chill down his spine. "What do you want anyway? "You're going to turn me in and kill me?" she questioned him. She figures now is the best time to get it over with.
But Travis just shook his head. "Nah. I'm here to help you," he answered.
That caught her attention; her eyes widened softly, and her guard was down. Another soul besides Charlie and the others is willing to help her, too? She stared at him with skeptical eyes. "Help me? Why?"
Travis smirked at her. "I know some sinners who feel very bad for you and couldn't let a pretty face like you be treated like some beast." He explained, only lying through his teeth, seeing that it got her attention. "So they have me come and pick you up."
"Sinners? Oh, please." But Shilo scoffed at the thought of it. "After getting run into sinners that wouldn't dare turn their heads at me, I find it hard to believe there are those that really do care." She proclaimed. Her arms are crossed, and she is staring away from Travis.
"They're powerful sinners, Overlords, you call them." Travis elaborated. Shilo's eyes widen. Rosie is an Overlord who is willing to help her, and perhaps many others like Rosie are too. "They have the power to prove you are not what Hell sees you as. They can help you fit in," he exhorted. "And they'll help save the hotel."
Shilo's breath was silent, stopped in her throat. If the Overlords, Travis says, can help Shilo be seen as a threat no longer, they can also help Charlie. "They...can do that?" She asked.
"Oh yeah!" Travis smirked. "They are good at what they do! So what do you say? Willing to meet your saviors and get the hotel placed on the map?" He opened the passenger door for her to come in, beckoning her to take a step.
Shilo, think it over. She had a few run-ins with sinners and demons and one succubus that was more of a menace than any help. And the media have pictured her as the monster, one that must be hunted down and killed. She wasn't sure if what Travis told her about those Overlords was true. But she thinks about Charlie and what those four souls talked about, not wanting to come to the hotel with Shilo around. If those Overlords are willing to help not only Shilo but Charlie as well, then it was a leap of hope she desperately needed.
With a soft huff, Shilo got in the car and sat in the passenger seat, closing the door. Travis smirked, hook, line, and sinker. He got her attention, just as the Vees said. He pushed the gas pedal, and the car drove out of the abandoned area, heading to the one place Shilo had never been to—the Vee Tower.
And that is only part of the trouble Shilo will face.
~*~
The car stopped in front of the tower, parking in the middle. Travis opened the door to his side, got out of his seat, and rushed to the other side to open the door for Shilo. Just to make her feel like she is a special guest. He watched Shilo getting out of her seat and followed Travis.
As they approached the front door, Shilo took notice of the tower. It's not as tall as the hotel, but it resembles a TV station tower more closely. The three Vs are hanging on top of the tower, in different colors of blue, pink, and purple. And sitting on top is a satellite dish, the kind used to broadcast live streaming shows. Shilo, look at Tavis; he's wearing that smirk on his lips. She started to feel nervous, sensing that something was amiss in this area.
Travis opened the door for Shilo, letting her in first before walking behind her. Travis went ahead, leading her to an elevator that took them to the top of the tower. Shilo looked out through the glass window, watching the city shrink as they ascended.
Soon, the elevator stopped and opened itself. The two stepped out and entered the living room area. Shilo looks around, taking in the details and the style of the place.
"Are you sure about this?" Shilo asked Travis. "I got a bad feeling here."
Travis just nodded with a smirk. "I'm sure!! Just relax, and they'll be with you." At the end of his sentence, he returned to the elevator and went back down, leaving Shilo alone.
Shilo just huffed out, taking a seat on the luxury couch. It's not as cozy and comforting as the hotel; the vibe doesn't quite convey a sense of whimsy and friendliness. More like greed and corruption. She could have just left and put a note saying she was too busy, but she couldn't turn down an invitation and be rude. She sighed and leaned back, waiting for her hosts to arrive.
Behind her, robotic hands loomed over her and then grabbed her, holding her down. Shilo gasped and struggled. Emerging from behind was Kitty, Valention's robotic servant. She held Shilo down firmly.
"What the fuck!!?" Shilo shouted; her anger caused the couch to be covered in thick ice. Before the ice can reach Kitty, Kitty opens her mouth and releases fire, aiming at Shilo. That made Shilo let out a loud, painful scream. The fire was harming her much worse than a simple hot tea; it was like the sun was attacking her and burning her alive. The ice on the couch had melted because Shilo felt so hot.
After sensing Shilo's body temperature had risen, Kitty let Shilo go and stepped back. Shilo was feeling very weak and hot; she had never felt this hot in her life. She couldn't even feel her powers either; the fire had melted them. She struggled to pull herself up, but her body was still weak and hot. And was leaning against the couch while panting.
Suddenly, the living room started to feel a bit hot, hot enough to keep Shilo from regaining her powers. As if someone is using her weakness against her to ensure her uncontrollable abilities don't get out of hand.
The elevator door opened, revealing Velvette. She stepped out, wearing a short red mini dress, black and white stockings, knee-high boots, and black and white fingerless long gloves. Her hair is in a long ponytail, too. She was texting on her phone as she approached Shilo. "Sorry about that, doll. But I have to make sure you don't turn my runway into an ice cave." She stated.
"Who... are... you?" Shilo questioned her through panting. Her voice is weak and raspy.
Velvette stopped before Shilo, bending down to face her at eye level. "I'm the one that's going to make you the talk of the whole shitty dump!" She grinned.
Shilo scoffed. "Yeah?" She used what strength she had left to push herself up and straighten herself out. "Wel"Well, I already am labeled as a monster," she said. glared at Velvette.
But Velvette just laughed. "Oh, don't worry, your pretty gorgeous head! I am going to change that! Now then…" She then pulled out her own measuring tape from behind her.
Then she grabbed Shilo's hand and pulled her up, nearly causing her to stumble. She then held her shoulder, keeping her still, and began to measure her from top to bottom. "Hmm, good, splendid. Perfect weight, perfect figure." Velvette murmured to herself, looking at the measure. She then clapped her hands together. "Yes! You're perfect as my new model!!"
Shilo blinked. "Model?"
"Yes. I would like you to be my model to showcase my new brand!!" Velvette exclaimed. She uses her phone to activate a flat-screen TV from the ceiling and turn it on. On the screen, Velvette's clothes are on display by models.
Shilo just can't help but get self-conscious over it. For most of her life, she had never considered herself the model type. She isn't even tall enough to fit any beauty standards. So she just stuck with doing her duty as a teacher rather than a model.
"I'm a teacher, not a fashion figure." Shilo pointed out.
Velvette instead just scoffed it off with a wave of her hand and chuckled. "Well, it's time to turn over those books and start strutting!!" She snapped her fingers, and a couple of Velvette's workers came, rolling a long rack of clothes designed by Velvette.
"And if I refuse?" Shilo questioned her instead. She can tell that this woman is more focused on promoting herself than offering help. She began to back away from Velvette until her back touched something flat and hard.
"Come on. Why would you ever want to refuse such a generous offer? Little lamb?" A voice questioned her from behind, a sound familiar to her.
She turned around and gasped, stumbling away from the person who questioned her. Before her was none other than Valentino. He was facing down on her, holding his cigar while breathing out pink smoke that curled around her like a serpent stalking her for the strike. He has that grin that gave her a sudden chill, not a cold chill, a dreading one.
Shilo backed away from him. "You…" She whispered.
"Ah, have you heard of me?" Valentino cooed. Meeting him face-to-face, he reminded her very much of Scya. A menace with no regard for others but their own. Someone who thinks they can do whatever they please without thinking of the consequences.
"You're the bastard that hurt Angel." Shilo accused him, remembering what Angel told her and what she had witnessed. "I know what you do and how horribly you treated him…you're a monster!!" She shouted with no fear in her voice.
Valentino gasped dramatically. "Ouch. Such harsh words." He pouted as he placed one of his hands near his heart. "I would never harm my best actor, just giving him a little push," he mimicked an innocent voice, trying to charm her.
But it clearly didn't work on her. Shilo knows too well when someone is faking or not. "Push my fucking ass!!" She shouted in his face. "You are nothing but a disgraceful, sadistic, disgusting masochist and an ugly bug!!" Her anger was shown in her face. Her powers would have reacted to her powerful emotion if the room hadn't been hot enough.
Valentino's innocent facade cracked, revealing his true nature. "Excuse me!!? I'd slap you for insulting me!!" He yelled down at her, causing her to land back on the couch. He raised his hand, ready to slap Shilo. But instead, he lowered it down, inhaling his breath, and his scowl changed into a smirk. "But I'd have better plans for you after Velvette is done with you." He informed her, getting close to her. "Something that will make you regret spitting at me."
"You don't scare me," Shilo growled at him.
"No?" Valentino chuckled evilly. "Such a brave little lamb. We're going to have fun breaking you." He then knelt before Shilo, his hands grabbed her thighs and spread them apart.
Shilo gasped, not expecting this from him. She tried to push herself away from him, but the room temperature grew hotter, causing her to get weaker. She is powerless against them.
"I always wanted to perform with an angel, a fallen one like yourself." Valentino continued, his voice changing into a seductive tone. "I hope you fucked as good as you angels claimed." He then stroked her inner thighs.
"Unhand me..." Shilo hissed, glaring down with a disgusting expression. She tried to freeze the couch, yet none came.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you." Valentino wagged his finger, smirking. "We have the Vee Tower on high temperature, so you can't get cold enough to generate your ice powers. So you are out."
He leaned down and placed his head between her thighs. He slowly licked her thigh, making Shilo cringe and groan in disgust. "A lucky, lucky girl. She got married to a boy like you." Valentino then started to sing as he let his hands roam over her lower body. "She'd kick you out if she ever, ever knew about all the—" Shilo struggled against him. "You tell me that you do."
Shilo used what strength she had left and pushed him away from her, got off the couch quickly, and headed to the elevator. She has to get away from here, get to somewhere she can hide.
But before she could press any buttons, Valentino grabbed her wrist and pulled her back to him. "Dirty, dirty boy. You know everyone is talking on the scene." He sings, pressing his chest against Shilo's back. "I heard them whispering about the places that you've been and how you don't know how to keep your business clean."
He then started letting his hands roam all over Shilo's body, causing Shilo to get uncomfortable. "Mummy don't know Daddy's getting hot. At the body shop, doing something unholy." He sings close to her ears. "He's sat back while she's dropping it; she be popping it. Yeah, she put it down slowly." Shilo felt him groping her hips and her breast, feeling violated by this. "Oh-ee-oh-ee-oh, he left his kids at. Ho-ee-oh-ee-one, so he can get that. Mummy don't know Daddy's getting hot. At the body shop, doing something unholy."
Shilo finally used her leg to kick his crotch, causing him to let her go, nearly tripping. She backed away, then turned and rushed to the elevator.
Only for Velvette to catch her by the waist and pull her back. Shilo stumbled on her heels, feeling dizzy. "Mmm, daddy, daddy, if you want it, drop the add'y." Velvette too started singing. She snapped her fingers, causing Shilo's outfit to change into a sultry fashion. A crop top that shows the scar on her stomach and her cleavage, a short, open jacket, shorts that are so short, and thigh-length boots. "Give me love, give me Fendi, my Balenciaga daddy." Shilo then tried to cover herself, embarrassed to wear such a revealing outfit that could show her scars. "You gon' need to bag it up, 'cause I'm spending on Rodeo. You can watch me back it up, I'll be gone in the a.m." Velvette sings while walking around Shilo, placing her fingers on her shoulder and sliding them down. "And he, he got me Prada, get me Miu Miu like Rihanna. He always call me cause I never cause no drama."
Shilo backed away from Velvette, keeping a reasonable fair distance away from her. But she watched Velvette slowly approaching her, as did Valetino. "And when you want it, baby, I know I got you covered. And when you need it, baby, just jump under the cover."
Shilo kept backing away from them till her back hit something. Causing her to turn around and gasp. Before her is Vox, staring down with that cunning grin and growing hunger. She felt an unwelcome chill down her spine. Soon, she was in the middle as the Vees slowly paced around her, like a group of vultures ready to feast on their vulnerable prey.
"Mummy don't know daddy's getting hot. At the body shop, doing something unholy." The Vees all sing in unions, staring at her with evil eyes. "He's sat back while she's dropping it, she be popping it. Yeah, she put it down slowly."Shilo kept her arms around her, as if trying to protect herself. "Oh-ee-oh-ee-oh, he left his kids at. Ho-ee-oh-ee-one, so he can get that. Mummy don't know Daddy's getting hot. At the body shop, doing something unholy."
Shilo's eyes widen, with fear in them. Her heart beats fast, sensing her growing fear and anxiety. She had been tricked by a single false act of a promise to herself and Charlie, foolishly blinded by her lingering naivety and self-doubt. And now she is trapped in the belly of these three evil sinners, and she becomes their new prey.
Shilo has found her own personal Hell.
Out of Heaven’s eyes, she is a painter with big dreams and a hurtful pain. The characters she read, the landscapes she wants to see and the love she can never have.
Fallen Stone: New Threat
Of course, Angel can’t be farther from being right. A large crowd of demons and sinners gathers around the tower where the Overlords meet to discuss Shilo’s actions. They have signs and pitchforks as they yell and complain. All were angry and afraid over the event this morning.
Camilla tried to calm them down in front. She had never seen this happen before, not since the first extermination started. “Everyone, please, " she called out. “You must remain calm.”
“Remain calm?!” A cat demon shouted. “There is a monster here!!’
“Look what she did to my husband!!” A shark demon yelled, pulling out a frozen shark demon trapped in ice.
“That bitch is a danger here!!” A sinner shouted, holding a sign. “She will freeze hell before the angels decide to return!!”
A hellhound roared. “I say we go and kill her before she turns us into ice statues!!” The mob all roared, agreeing with the idea.
Carmilla sighed. This would get nowhere if the crowd couldn’t control themselves. She failed to notice Zestial was behind her as she did her best to get this under control. “If you will just—“ she could barely get a word out as she listened to their complaints and insults.
“Silence!!” Zestial let out a loud roar, startling Carmilla and causing the mob to shut their mouths, not wanting to upset the oldest Overlord. Once the mob has gone silent, Zestial turns to Carmilla. “Wend on.” He assured her.
“Thank you.” Carmilla thanked him for stepping in. She focused on the mob, cleared her throat, and began her speech. “I know you are all scared by our newest arrival and the damage she has caused," she mentioned. “But I can assure you, we will bring her to justice. Stay indoors, stay in a large group, and keep safe.” She advised them, and she heard them start complaining about her advice.
Carmilla and Zestial enter the tower as the mob’s voices fade in the background, and the door closes behind them. Once they enter a room, the Overlords are all seated in their seats, Rosie being one of them. Zestial took his seat while Carmilla faced them, standing up.
She faced them. “I'm sorry for keeping you all waiting. Thank you for being patient," she began. “I’m sure you all heard about this new angel and this…power she displays.” She snarled, hinting about Shilo. She grabbed a remote and pressed it as a large screen came from the ceiling and stopped. On the screen was a captured image of Shilo looking frightened while still in her new demon form.
“One of the sinners managed to get a picture of her,” Carmilla stated, glaring at the image with rage. ‘Now, this is no ordinary exorcist angel.”
“She looks frightened.” Rosie pointed out, having pity over the fallen angel.
“Suppose.” Carmilla nodded, her arms crossed. “But with a power like that, it just proves she is a threat.” She added, her attention left the image, looking at the Overlords. “Why is she here? What has she done to get fallen here, and most importantly, is she someone to be trusted?” She hinted at some unanswered questions.
She pressed another button on the remote, and two more screens came from the ceiling. They showed images of frozen sinners and demons in thick ice. “Over five sinners and five demons have been frozen and encased in a thick layer of ice.” She informed them. “We tried everything to shatter them without causing death, even using fire to melt them. It barely worked.” She added, grinding her fangs. “But we think the key to getting them free is the source. That angel.”
The Overlords all whispered to each other, thinking it over. Rosie frowned, not finding it pleasant that Shilo was seen as a monster for just coming here.
Suddenly, the door slammed open, revealing Vox as he dusted his suit. He entered with a toothy grin on his screen face. He could sense the Overlord’s eyes on him as he took his seat by Rosie. “Sorry, I’m late.” Vox apologized for his tartness. “You know how running a company can be so busy.”
“Vox.” Carmilla spat his name on her lips, leaving a sour taste.
Vox grinned at her, arms open. “Carmilla! You’re looking good!” He chuckled. He turned to Zestial. “Zestial! Sup!”
Zestial faced him, unimpressed. “Fain thee did manage to beest the one to cometh.” He spoke, raising his eyebrow, and tilted his head to the left. “Wh’re art they oth’ers?” He asked him about the rest of the Vees.
“Valentino needs to finish his movie, and Velvette is too caught up with her fashion line,” Vox explained their reason, annoyed that he must come here alone while the others are out with their jobs. His grin returned. “So what did I miss?” He asked as he faced the screen, seeing Shilo’s image. His eyes widen at the sight, taking in every detail.
So this is the fallen angel everyone is talking about and the Vees are looking for? Vox’s screens changed to a wolf howling loudly as it changed back to his face. “Holy shit!! Who is that fuckable vision of beauty!!?” He gushed. This angel is an easy pick and theirs for the taking. He hoped that she was naive enough to trick. He spots Carmilla glaring at him, disappointed. “S-Sorry.” He apologized.
“We were talking about a possible danger coming from this angel,” Carmilla explained.
“You mean the fallen angel everyone and that huge crowd outside are bitching about?” Vox questioned her. Of course, everyone is. It is a very massive issue in Hell.
“Precisely.” Carmilla nodded. “She has frozen ten unlucky souls and nearly turned the city into a frozen wasteland. She may be new and just banished from Heaven, but angels aren’t open with demons and sinners like us.”
Vox rubbed his chin, deep in thought. “I see.” He mumbled. He looked up. “So if she is a danger here, why haven’t you been looking for her?” He questioned Carmilla.
“If that angel realized who we are, she would use her powers against us.” She answered. The last thing she wanted was to cause another panic for her defense after she last faced an angel. “We need to know her weakness.” She added.
Vox leaned back against his seat. This is getting nowhere if they all sit down and let Shilo loose, and the Vees won’t get their prize. “Can you use fire on her? I mean, she uses ice.” He explained, hinting at some possible advantages they could use. “So fire and heat can make her so uncomfortable. It’s not that fucking hard.”
The Overlords all mumbled, thinking over his suggestion. Carmilla can see the gears in their heads turning.
Vox grinned evilly; his plan was working. “See? Everyone here’s agreed.” He jeered. “If we want to keep Pentagram City from getting a blizzard, our best option is to find her. Maybe use an angelic cuff to block her powers?” He added, eyeing Carmilla.
Carmilla glared at him. “I vowed to never use those cuffs unless there is a chance of a life-ending incident," she hissed. She kept a unique pair of angelic cuffs in her place, only to use them in case a rogue exorcist angel started slaughtering sinners without Heaven knowing.
“And this, Carmilla, is a life-ending incident,” Vox confirmed, standing up from his seat. “I mean, listen to that crowd.” He snapped his finger, and the screen that showed the frozen statue changed into the angry mob of sinners and demons.
The mob roared and complained, waving signs and pitchforks in the air. Soon, they all began to sing. “All my wolves begin to howl. Wake me up; the time is now. Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there’s a revolution coming.”
Vox started strolling around as he sang. “Wide awake, the fever burns. Sweat it out, lay my turn.”
“Can you hear the drumming? There’s a revolution coming.” The sinners sing their part.
Vox turned to Carmilla, grinning at her with his sharp teeth. “All this doubt is creeping in. Inside out, shed my skin.”
“Can you hear the drumming? There’s a revolution coming.” The Demons sing along.
Vox stands in front of the room, grinning evilly. “I been waiting all my life to live when I’ve only been dreaming, give love when I’ve only been stealing.” He sings to the Overlords, and Shilo’s image shines over Vox. “Can’t let time keep passing me by. Run down what I’ve always been chasing. Block out everything I’ve been facing, facing.”
“All my wolves begin to howl. Wake me up. The time is now.” The sinners sang as they marched together. “Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there’s a revolution coming.”
“Vile things that turn me on drag my dark into the dawn.” The Demons sing together while standing around the tower. “Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there’s a revolution coming.”
Carmilla stepped in. “My body aches; I’m bound in chains.” She, too, began to sing. “But there’s a fire in my veins.”
“Can you hear the drumming? There’s a revolution coming.” The sinners raised their signs up high to see.
“Like every king who lost the crown.” Carmilla looked out the window, seeing a silhouette of the hotel. “And all those years are history now.”
The demons crowded together. “Can you hear the drumming? There’s a revolution coming.”
Vox turned around, staring at the image of Shilo with sinful glee. “I been waiting all my life. Run down what I’ve always been chasing. Block out everything I’ve been facing.” He gently stroked the screen as if touching her cheek.
“All my wolves begin to howl. Wake me up; the time is now.” The demons stand together along with the sinners. “Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there’s a revolution coming.”
“Vile things that turn me on drag my dark into the dawn.” The sinners’s voices are filled with anger. “Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there’s a revolution coming.”
“There’s a revolution coming. There’s a revolution coming.” All the sinners and demons sing in unison, tapping the signs and pitchforks to the ground in rhythm. “Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there’s a revolution coming.”
Vox raised his hand, making everyone silent momentarily as he continued singing. “I’m rising up, up from the ground. From the bottom, can’t hold me down, hold me down.” His grin glowed as his left eye swirled. “I’m rising up, up from the ground. From the bottom, can’t hold down, hold me down, hold me down-down, down-down.”
“All my wolves begin to howl. Wake me up; the time is now.” The sinners sing while tapping their signs rhythmically. “Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there’s a revolution coming.”
“Vile things that turn me on drag my dark into the dawn.” The demons sing as pitchforks tap rhythmically on the ground. “Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there’s a revolution coming.”
Sinners and demons sing all at once while still tapping their signs and pitchforks to the ground. Some have even used sticks to bang on the surface like war drums. “There’s a revolution coming. There’s a revolution coming. Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there’s a revolution coming.” They sing their anger out. “There’s a revolution coming. There’s a revolution coming. Oh-oh, can you hear the drumming? Oh-oh, there’s a revolution coming.”
Suddenly, Zestial raises his hand, causing everyone to stop and end the musical number. Once he is sure, all is quiet and still; he speaks. “If’t be true we haven’t hath heard any w’rd of h’r ’r of any attacketh from h’r, we shall bringeth the cuff.” He proclaimed. If Shilo is caught harming another soul in Hell, it is required to use the cuffs against her.
Carmilla nodded, agreeing with Zestial. “Very well...” she softly sighed. She knew that they must be cautious and keep a close eye on the city. “Be on your best guard and report to me if you notice anything from the angel.” She watched the Overlords nodding their heads, understanding what they must do. “You may all leave.” She ended the meeting.
“Why, thank you, Carmilla.” Vox chuckled in mockery. “Glad to be talking to you all.” He stares at Carmilla, who is glaring at him, before she and Zestial head out with the Overlords.
Rosie gets one last look at Shilo’s image and frowns softly. She can only bet she is safe with Alastor and the princess at the hotel. She was the last to exit.
Once the Overlords are gone and Vox is alone, he takes his phone out of his suit and snaps a picture of the image. He looked at his phone, grinning evilly. He cannot wait to see the look on the other Vee’s faces when they see their new angel.
“Velvette will love this.” He grinned, sending a copy of the picture to Velvette. He knows she will love her and wants to doll her up, too.
~*~
In her private room, where Velvette designs merchandise and her fashion line, she sits near her desk as she scrolls through her phone. She is bored and impatient. She would have agreed to come with Vox to the meeting, but she still needs a model, and with no information about the angel, she is stuck.
While scrolling, she received a text from Vox. “What’s this?” she mumbled, curious to know what he had sent her this time. She opened the notification and pulled out a message with an attached file. “Look who I found.” She read the text. She shrugged; it could be just a new company product, or he could have found something funny and decided to show it to her.
She opened the file, and the captured picture of Shilo’s image from the meeting appeared on her screen. She pulls her phone closer to get a better look, eyeing Shilo’s face and her body. Velvette slowly formed a grin on her lips. She has the perfect body and everything she wants.
“Well, hello, " she purred. “You are perfect as my model," she chuckled. She had found the perfect model for her line. Now, to see her and bring her to the Vees.

Fallen Stone: Old Friends Back
The next day
In the hallway, Shilo stands in the middle while looking up. On the wall is the painted portrait of Sir Pentious with his egg bois while dressed in his battle uniform. She stares at his face, taking in every detail of the painting. Whoever did this is more skilled than she is. The painting is very textured and realistic. She wonders what happened to him.
“Sir Pentious.” Shilo heard Charlie’s voice behind her. She turned around and found Charlie standing by her while staring at the painting. “His life was taken during the battle against Adam and the Exorcist,” Charlie mentioned the day they gained victory, but losing her most promised guest and friend was the cost.
“That’s Pentious?” Shilo asked, looking back at the painting. So this was Pentious, the one who got into Heaven and who Emily was talking about. To hear he was killed by Adam and his army, it boiled her blood that Adam tried to harm Charlie and her hotel. But at least Pentious had a hero welcome back in Heaven by Emily.
Charlie nodded, not taking her eyes off the portrait. Her eyes began to form tears, and her throat tightened. She missed him still.
Shilo placed a hand on her shoulder, breaking Charlie’s trance. “I’m sure he would be proud of how far you’ve gone.” She commented with a soft smile.
“Really?” Charlie asked.
“Yeah. Sinners like him shouldn’t survive; they deserve to live again.” Shilo declared, letting her hand leave Charlie’s and focusing on the portrait. “Make their own choices and be confident about themselves. Not let others decide for them and get abused by influential people who abuse their powers.” She added, scowling at the thought of weak souls getting hurt by strong souls. “It’s not right.”
“You really have a strong belief in it.” Charlie noticed it.
Shilo chuckled softly, smiling softly. “When you have been watching history on Earth for eons, you start knowing right and wrong, even when others don’t see it and won’t believe it.” She slowly sighed, releasing the weight on her.
She also felt Charlie placing a hand on her shoulder, causing her to look up at her. Charlie smiled softly at her. “We need righteous people like you," she remarked. “If others could see you as you really are and not as a monster, they would grow to accept you.”
Shilo’s own smile turned grim. “Yeah. Well, I didn’t get the warm welcome. And I don’t blame them.” She huffed out. “They were sent down here for their sinful crimes and not trusting God, and heaven won’t accept those who are struggling with their own personal demons.”
“But you went behind Sera’s and the archangels’s backs for them,” Charlie exclaimed. “Even when you knew that you would be punished for it.” She mentioned what Shilo told her and the others.
Shilo softly chuckled, seeing no way of speaking sense into her. “Well, I kind of learned a thing or two from a very close friend.” She commented, referring to Lucifer. Her smile slowly turned into a sad frown, thinking about him. “He was my everything...” she added with a sad voice.
Charlie noticed the sad tone in her voice and the way her eyes were downcast and soulless. Whoever this friend is means so much more than a friend to her. She has the look of a heartbroken woman. “What was he like?” She asked.
Shilo sadly sighed. “Creative, funny, caring, sweet, charming, and perfect...” she answered, remembering the traits that made her heart flutter like butterflies. “I used to love him. I was madly in love with him and didn’t listen to the angels speaking horribly about him.” She explained to Charlie. “But…”
“But what?” Charlie tilted her head.
“He fell for another—someone much more perfect and much better than me…” She replied, remembering the day she discovered the hurtful truth. “I was hurt so badly, like my soul was ripped off of my body and returned severely wounded…” Her voice cracked with so much emotion in her. “It still hurts…knowing that he is with that woman and is much happier with her than with me…”
Shilo’s eyes formed tears, feeling the pain in her heart. She softly cried, clinging to her chest as if trying to keep the pain away and freeze it to make it go away. Her back hunched over as her soft cries turned into a quiet sob.
Charlie frowned, seeing the pain in her and how badly it still hurt deep in her soul. She thought her former boyfriend would be the one that still lingers in Shilo since he was the one who stabbed her and betrayed her trust, but there was another after him who harmed Shilo more. She moved her hand to wipe Shilo’s tears off.
“If he is your close friend, then I’m sure he is thinking about you too," she assured her, keeping her positive attitude. “A friendship like that never died, even after eons away.”
Shilo lifted her head, facing Charlie with tears in her eyes. “Are you sure he would miss me?” she asked. Would Lucifer still miss her?
“I didn’t have lots of friends growing up. But I can tell you have a great connection with him.” Charlie nodded. “So I am positive about it.”
Shilo sighed, taking her words on. She let out a smile, wiping the tears away. “You really tried looking at things the positive way.” She smiled.
Charlie shrugged, smiling still. “I tried to. Someone has to keep this hellhole from being so gloomy.” She added, making Shilo chuckle as she chuckled back with her.
Shilo then pulled her for a hug, wrapping her arms around her tight. Charlie was shocked by this; the last time she got a hug from anyone but her father, Vaggie, and her friends was from her mother. Despite her cold skin, Shilo’s hugs felt so motherly and nurturing. She hugged Shilo back, enjoying it. They pulled each other away and stared at each other.
The two then started to walk away, leaving the portrait of Pentious behind. There was no need to dwell on the past now; their future was ready for them, and they were prepared to change.

Charlie and Shilo entered the lobby to discuss their plans for the hotel and any lessons Shilo could teach them. But they found that the gang was already there, and Alastor was standing in the middle with their eyes on him.
Alastor spotted the two and grinned happily. “Ah, I'm glad you ladies are here. I have great news.” He exclaimed.
“What is it?” Charlie asked.
Alastor cleared his throat. “Rosie told me she is against turning Shilo in and is willing to help her.” He informed her.
“She is?” Charlie’s eyes widened. Rosie is willing to help them with Shilo’s situation.
“Is she nice?” Shilo asked.
“She’s the Overlord of Cannibal Town,” Alastor replied. He watched Shilo, letting out a shiver in disgust. He figured she would find it repulsive, being raised on goodwill. “Don’t worry. She said she won’t eat you unless Rosie wants to turn into a frozen treat,” he assured her. “So don’t worry; she is very polite.”
Shilo sighed in relief, pleased that she wouldn’t get eaten by a cannibal. At least there is an Overlord that can help her. “When is she coming?” She asked.
“She will be here today, on her way right now,” Alastor answered. After, the door let out a knocking sound.
“It must be her!!” Charlie exclaimed. She rushed to the door, smiling.
She grabbed the doorknob and pulled it open, expecting it was Rosie who was knocking. But instead of the tall female overlord, she was greeted with a hug, and a voice rang out.
“Charlie!!” A voice she knew so well and was not expecting so soon.
“Dad!?” Charlie gasped. Hugging her was her father, Lucifer. She didn’t expect him to return for another week when they reopened the hotel. “What are you doing here?!”
“I came back from my trip from Wrath Ring,” Lucifer responded, letting her go and stepping inside. “Which was so boring.” He rolled his eyes. Then he let out a smile. “So, how have things been?” He asked as he began to stroll.
“Oh!” Charlie blinked, starting to panic. “It... uh... went good.” She smiled nervously. She began to follow him, worried that he would see Shilo and get upset over an angel in the hotel. She walked beside him. “I bet you are so tired from the trip.” She assumed.
“No, really,” Lucifer responded, not stopping as he headed to the lobby. “I feel as fit as a fiddle.”
Charlie’s eyes widen in panic as he makes his way to the lobby, where the others and Shilo are. She dashed ahead of him and blocked the entrance to the lobby, blocking his path.
“UH, how about I get Niffty to make you some tea?!” Charlie offered, trying to get him away from the lobby. “While you go, relax in the lounge here?!” Her smile looked forced and nervous.
Unfortunately, Lucifer didn’t buy it, as he narrowed his eyes at her suspiciously. “Charlie, what is going on?” He asked her. “Are you hiding something from me?”
“What?! No! No, of course not!” Charlie shook her head. “I just thought that—“
“Then get out of my way.” Lucifer then went around her, entering the lobby. Charlie quickly turned around and followed him, getting nervous and afraid as she watched him looking around, checking for any damage.
“You better not be ruining...” His voice trailed off as his eyes landed on the group, but his eyes were focusing on the fallen angel before him.
He stopped in his tracks, barely taking another step. His eyes stared at the one angel he had never thought he might actually see again after so many years. He could see the changes in her; her hair was cut down to a short style, and her outfit looked worn out. Her heavenly color had dulled down, and her fallen state was shown. She has aged like he has, so tired and damaged. His grip on his cane loosens, and he lets it drop to the floor. Shilo is here and ends up with the same fate he has, but she is alive and breathing. And just as he remembered for so long after being apart. He was speechless and could barely breathe.
Shilo held her breath, seeing Lucifer. He looked so different from the last time she saw him. His skin was pale white, his hands were black, and his eyes had yellow sclera, red iris, and sharp teeth. He wore a suit like one of the ringmasters mixed with royalty, making sense that he is the king of Hell. Yet here he is, in the same room as her. Her eyes started to tear up; so many years of wishing to see him again and hearing his voice. All the pent-up longing started to whelm inside her, bursting to let it out.
The group watched Lucifer take small, slow steps toward her, not even moving to break the tension building up. Everyone was silent, holding their breath. They didn’t know what was happening but could tell it was massive.
Lucifer slowly raises his hand, coming close to her. His hand barely touches her cheek, and he feels tears in it. His eyes stared into her own, swelling up with unspoken tears and painful eyes that hadn’t healed in eons. “Shi-Shi?” He spoke softly.
Shilo’s heart swelled inside her. It had been so long since she last heard that nickname. She slowly smiled and finally felt his fingers and listened to his voice. “So good to see you again, Luci…” she responded to him.
He almost cried in delight to hear his nickname coming from her lips. At that moment, he hugged Shilo very tightly, afraid she could disappear again if he let her loose. She felt so cold and freezing, but he couldn't care less about her temperature. She is here and is real.
Shilo wrapped her arms around him, letting the tears fall freely. He felt just as she had when she last hugged him eons ago. Finally, she can hug him for real, touch him, and feel him.
Around them, the gang was shocked by this. These two know each other, and neither has mentioned anything. Their eyes widened, and their jaws dropped.
“Your dad…know her?” Vaggie turned her attention to Charlie, who was just as shocked as they were.
“He…never told me he did…” Charlie replied.
After hugging each other for a while, they let themselves go and stared into each other's eyes with smiles. They were back again and in the same realm as they kept their eyes on one another.
Then Lucifer gripped Shilo’s shoulder, pulling her close to his face, and shouted. “What are you doing here!!?” He questioned her in a concerning tone. “You shouldn’t be here!! This is far too dangerous for you!!”
“Luci—“ Shilo tried to explain, but he cut her off.
“I can’t believe you have fallen!!” He continued shouting, shaking her shoulder. “Why would you do this to yourself!!?”
“Because I don’t want to be ignorant!” Shilo answered, her voice shaking as her body shook.
Lucifer stopped shaking her and let her shoulder go. He froze in place, staring at her with surprise.
Shilo exhaled, knowing she had a lot to explain. “I know about the extermination, about Hell’s problem, and what you did.” She told him.
Lucifer grew speechless. He never thought she would get close enough to discover the extermination and do everything she could to remove it. Then again, she tends to get close to everything she can find. “Sh-Shi…”
“What the archangels and the seraphim did is something I couldn’t let pass.” Shilo continued. “I’m really sorry, Luci...”
Lucifer just smiled at her, knowing her for who she was. “You always were the most curious type, so it’s in your nature to get involved with danger.” He mentioned her endless curiosity. “But it’s so good to see you again.”
Shilo smiled softly at him, nodding. It’s so good to see Lucifer again.
“Shilo,” Angel knelt down to Shilo’s level, trying to smile before he shouted at her. “You never told us you knew the king!”
“I thought it wouldn’t matter,” Shilo said, letting out a shrug. She thought telling them about her friendship with Lucifer wasn’t very important.
“Dad! You said you’re never open with angels!” Charlie yelled at her father. Shilo and Lucifer knew each other the whole time, and he never once mentioned anything about his past friendships.
“Well, not all angels.” Lucifer chuckled nervously, picking up his cane. “Shilo was the only angel that ever enjoyed my creations. Other than your mother, she made me feel like I can be myself.”
“How come you never told me about her?” Charlie asked him.
Lucifer’s eyes were downcast. “I didn’t want to think about the past. Not after I saw the look in her eyes.” He answered. In his mind, he can see the painful expression in Shilo’s eyes back in the courtroom. Seeing how he had hurt her trust. “It was a horrible mistake. I never want to think of.”
“But you could have at least said something.” Charlie pointed out. “You never told me about your past so often...”
Lucifer gripped his cane tightly; his anger started growing on him. “You think I want to talk about how my siblings turned against me, how I hurt my closest friend, and how nobody cared enough to take a stand?” He inquired, raising his voice. “No! I'd rather forget all about it!” He yelled; his voice made Charlie flinch in surprise.
“Even me?” Shilo’s voice reached his ears. He turned to see the hurtful expression on her face, and her eyes showed how insulted she felt right now.
Lucifer’s eyes widened, realizing how strong his words were to her. “Shi-Shi! No, no! I didn't mean it like that! I-“
“I’ve spent eons thinking about you and for picking that slut Lilith over me.” Shilo cut him off, and her voice became stern. “I’ll never forget what you did and how you broke my heart.”
Lucifer’s eyes widen, taken aback by her words. Even after an eon ago, she never stopped remembering him and how much she still loves him despite picking Lilith over Shilo, who still never antagonized him.
Charlie’s eyes switched from her father to Shilo as if picking up pieces until she remembered what Shilo had told her in the hallway. She gasped. “Wait. Shilo, is my dad…” It’s all coming together. Lucifer was Shilo’s first love.
“I loved you, Lucifer, but it’s clear that you don’t really love me enough to remember me and think about me.” Shilo fumed.
Then she left the group, leaving the lobby and heading to the stairs. Behind her left a trail of frost and ice on the carpet, feeling her anger.
Lucifer stammered, trying to find the right word. “B-But, Shilo!” Then he runs after her, leaving the others behind.
“I’m sensing some love drama.” Angel snickered; this day has gotten better.
~*~
Shilo entered her suite room, slamming the door behind her. The slam woke Nicholas from his nap on the couch. Nicholas tilted his head and watched Shilo standing on her balcony, looking at the city.
Shilo sighed tiredly, gripping the rail tightly to control her rage and prevent her room from becoming a frozen cave. She couldn’t believe what she heard about Lucifer, not wanting to think about his time in Heaven with her. She knew the others would find him nothing but a troublemaker and a danger to Heaven’s ways, but she saw him for who he indeed was, a dreamer like her. But after Lilith was made, he lost the ability to dream again and forgot her. She wondered if all he spent with her was only to keep her distracted.
Lucifer opened the door and closed it behind him so they would have the privacy to continue their conversation. “Shilo. Look, I’m sorry I never acknowledged your love before.” He tried to apologize to her, gripping his cane. “I never meant to hurt your feelings and your heart. It’s just—"
“Just what?” Shilo turned and faced him, leaving the rail as she slowly approached him. “That I am an easy fool to trick and get discarded once you have fun? That I am just a fucking tool to use and a threat to you!?” She shouted.
“What!? No! No! I never view you like that!!” Lucifer shook his head. “Shilo, you are my closest friend!! I care so much about you and would do anything to make you feel safe! I-“
“Save it!!” Shilo cut him off, angry at him. “You have no idea what it was like to live with this pain! To know you can never be with the one you love and trust! To never see them after eons away from them!!” She shouted. “Michael was there for me! He loved me!”
Lucifer’s eyes widen in shock. “Michael!?” He shouted. “You were in a relationship with Michael!!?” Shilo was with Michael, his own brother. The one who banished him away.
“At least he doesn’t choose a human over me!” Shilo barked, arms crossed.
Lucifer’s shock turned into anger when she mentioned Lilith, his wife. All that effort to reason with Shilo was shattered when she talked about his wife. “Don’t you dare bring Lilith into this!!” He yelled at her.
“Oh, I’m gonna!!” Shilo fumed, not caring if her anger was causing the floor to be covered in ice. “Your wife was the cause of all this!! She is the reason Heaven is killing those sinners!!” She mentioned the information she learned back in Heaven. “She is nothing but a disgrace!”
“At least she is more independent and strong!!” Lucifer bellowed.
“And you’re saying I’m not!!?” Shilo barked loudly, and the ice reached the walls.
“Yes!!” Lucifer roared. His anger broke away when he saw that hurtful expression on Shilo's, realizing he had spoken too far and hurt her feelings.
Shilo froze in her spot, feeling her soul breaking into millions of pieces. He thought she was not independent and strong enough, but she was still naive and weak. After trying so hard to prove herself, the angel she once loved doesn’t view her as a strong angel. Her eyes become blurry with tears.
“Shilo, I—I…” Lucifer stammered in his words.
“You are just like the archangels...never believing I can take care of myself...” she cried, letting her tears fall.
Lucifer flinched, seeing the tears. “I’m sorry. I never meant to—" He watched Shilo turn away from him, not looking at him. “Shilo, please listen to me. I was mad and—"
Shilo sniffed, not daring to wipe her tears off. No matter how hard she tried, she was never enough to be anything more than just a pathetic angel. She wrapped her arms around her biceps.
“Do I have the courage to have this conversation? Was it really worth it to make those accusations?” Shilo sings, letting her pain out. “Cause I’m at a loss for words, and I can’t see the end. I don’t even know if we’re enemies or friends.”
She turned around, facing Lucifer with broken eyes. “But I still miss you, and I don’t want to. I don’t know if anything will be the same.” She sings while he listens to her. “I’ve been hurting, and nothing's working. Cause when it mattered most, no one ever came.” She softly cried. “I’m not sure what breaks me more, the heartache or the pain.”
Lucifer frowned, hearing so much pain in her voice. Once filled with joy and wonder, it was now damaged and scarred. Nicholas whimpered, upset about his mistress.
“I’ve been holding on to these walls you made me build up. All the shattered memories that I’m supposed to pick up.” Shilo looked down as the tears fell on the iced floor. “How did this little thing create a great divide? Maybe we should move on and just forget we tried.” She wiped her tears off, not caring how panicked Lucifer looked.
“But I still miss you, and I don’t want to. I don’t know if anything will be the same.” She continued singing. “Oh, I’ve been hurting, and nothing's working. Cause when it mattered most, no one ever came. I don’t know what breaks me more.”
Her room started to form frost, mixing with the ice around them. “That we spend years creating something; how could you go and leave me nothing?” She stared at him; so much bottled anger escaped through her song. “So many words were left unspoken. All that I thought we had was broken.” Her body visibly shakes with strong emotions. “But did I even cross your mind? Do you think we’ll heal in time?”
Lucifer turned away, not looking into her eyes, and seemed to confirm her questions. Shilo softly sobbed, visibly damaged beyond repair.
“Cause I miss you, and I don’t want to. I don’t know if anything will be the same.” She cried through her effort to sing. “Oh, I've been hurting, and nothing’s working. Cause when it mattered most, no one ever came.” She stares at him, silently pleading for him to understand. “Tell me we’re worth fighting for. Cause I’m not sure what breaks me more, the heartache or the pain...” She sobbed, causing the suite room to be covered in ice and frost.
Lucifer frowned. “Shi-shi…”
Shilo turned away from him. “Leave...now,” she ordered.
Not wanting to argue with her, Lucifer headed to the door. He used his strength to push the door off and break the ice around it—it broke free, at least. He took one last look at her, and then he left, closing the door behind him.
Shilo makes her way to her bedroom, sitting on her bed. She felt Nicholas leaning against her, whimpering sadly. She wrapped her arms around him as she sobbed. Nicholas placed his head on her shoulder as if he were hugging her back. He thought their reunion would be happy, but it turned the opposite.
~*~
When Lucifer returns to the lobby, he has so much on his mind. He notices that he is surrounded by the group, who all leave their eyes on him.
“Okay, Dad. Start talking.” Charlie commanded him, wanting to know about his past with Shilo immediately.
Lucifer sighed, knowing he had a lot to explain to them. Shilo had touched their cold, dead hearts, and they were now worried about her. He would have expected this, knowing she had a way of understanding souls. He sat in his chair, watching the others sit on the couch while Alastor stood.
Lucifer exhales in and out, readying himself for a long story. He faced the group. “Shilo and I go way back.” He began. “The two of us have been through thick and thin together, inseparable and always a team. Eons ago, when the universe was still new. I met Shilo back when we were young angellings, heavenborns.” He explained. “Uriel introduced me to her. She was a curious soul, wanting to learn everything and discover everything on sight.”
“Sounds like you two have been more than friends.” Charlie pointed out. It makes sense why Shilo knows her father so well; nothing can break their bond.
Lucifer let out a chuckle, feeling a sense of nostalgia in him. “We were. She always loved my ideas and dreams, never judging me and seeing me as a danger.” He smiled softly, thinking about their time together. “Nothing can tear us apart until...” His smile turned into a small frown.
Charlie pieced it all together in her mind, knowing what had led to this pain. “Mom?”
Lucifer nodded. “Yeah, the moment I met your mother, Lilith, I stopped being on Shilo’s side, lied to her, and left her to see Lilith more.” He informed them, his eye cast down. “I love Lilith, but I never wanted to hurt Shilo… I never wanted to break her trust and damage her love for me... I was a fool to her…”
“Geez, you fucked up badly.” Angel pointed out.
Charlie glared at Angel. “Angel!!”
“No. He’s right... I fucked it up badly…” Lucifer agreed with Angel. He has done so much damage back in heaven and failed Shilo more than he failed his own family. “And I don’t think Shilo will ever forgive me even if I tried to prove it…”
He got up from his chair and started walking to his side of the hotel, going to his suite room. He was very silent, ashamed of himself. As he left, all had grown so quiet and silent.
Vaggie noticed Charlie’s face, so worried and anxious, too. “Charlie? Are you okay?” She asked gently.
“Yeah.” Charlie nodded. “I’m not worried about me; I’m more worried about Shilo.” She explained. “About how much she has to deal with so many bad things happening.” First, having her heart broken by her father, then discovering Heaven’s extermination, becoming fallen, Michael hurting her heart more, and now, realizing she was being used. She can only hope that Shilo’s luck will get better.
~*~
Inside Lucifer’s suite room, he sat in his chair, looking over the city and up at Heaven. He had a lot on his mind with Shilo being here and what had led her there, too. He is happy she is in the same realm as him, meaning their duo is back again, but he has hurt her trust and love.
“Michael?” He scoffed. He can’t believe Shilo had a relationship with his brother, who would never dare look at a woman and treat her like a queen. He was more aggressive with love than the rest of his siblings. He wouldn’t treat Shilo for who she really is. “Of all the angels she has to be within Heaven, it’s father’s golden boy.” He hissed.
His fingers grew into claws, scraping the armchair. He let out a growl, sounding a little possessive and distasteful. His eyes changed to red sclera and white iris, his rage showing. Then he realized what he was doing and breathed his anger; his claws turned about into fingers, and his eyes returned to normal. What was he doing? Getting upset over Shilo’s love life, like he was a jealous rival? He is married, for God's sake. He would never think about cheating on his wife with his only close friend.
He looked at a shelf full of rubber cups he had made and brought with him. Some of his favorites are his family, his favorite creations, and one of a familiar angel. He rose from his chair and made his way to the shelf. He took out one of the ducks and stared at it.
Shilo's rubber duck is in his hand, which was before she changed herself. He sighed softly, using his thumb to stroke its cheek. He remembers making it when he first got into rubber duck making. He wanted to test his skills, and Shilo was the first creation he got right.
While he stared at the duck, his mind returned to the days when he and Shilo were young angellings, when no humans had been created and Earth was just a work in progress.
~*~
Sitting on a bench, Shilo holds a book in her hand and reads it while swinging her legs back and forward. She was so focused on reading that she didn’t notice a little white snake slithering toward her.
She felt something moving by her side as she closed the book and saw the snake. “Aww! Where did you come from?” She put her book down and used her tiny hands to pick the snake up, holding it in her palms. “So pretty. Wanna be my friend?” She asked, not afraid of it. “I’m sure Luci wouldn’t mind you being my friend.”
“Shi-shi. It’s me.” The snake spoke, Lucifer’s voice coming out of its mouth. The snake leaped off her hand and turned into a puff of yellow smoke. Standing before Shilo is Lucifer, way before he was banished from Heaven.
“How did you—“ Shilo was speechless.
Lucifer let out a huge grin. “I just got my powers!! I can shapeshift!!” He exclaimed. “Isn’t that awesome!?”
Shilo nodded, grinning hugely. “So you can change into anything? Can you change into one of those duckies?” She asked.
Lucifer nodded. He disappeared into a puff of yellow smoke; once the smoke was gone, Lucifer’s place was a small white duck.
Shilo squealed happily. “Aw!! So cute and so cool!!”
Lucifer returns back to his original form. “Thanks, Shi-Shi!!” He smiled. “You are the first to know it. The others don’t know it yet. I want it to be a surprise.” He placed his index finger close to his lips in a quiet manner. “So, no telling, okay?”
Shilo nodded. “No telling. Cross my heart.” She uses her finger to make a sworn promise and cross her heart. The two let out a few giggles like the children they were.
Then Uriel’s voice was heard. “Shilo, it's time to do your test.” He called out; he was young before.
Shilo whined. “Fine...” She grabbed her book, holding it close to her chest. “I have to go, Luci.” She frowned. “Meet up after for more ideas?”
“Wouldn’t miss it for the universe.” Lucifer nodded.
Shilo smiled at him. As she jumped off the bench and headed away from him, Lucifer watched her leave. He is glad Shilo likes his powers, seeing them as harmless and fun like hers. He can tell they will be making mischief with them.
~*~
Lucifer sighed sadly. They were so innocent and free to discover before life in Heaven worsened, tearing their bond apart. He placed Shilo’s duck back on the shelf next to a duck version of himself.
He would do anything to rekindle their bond, to make her see how sorry he was and how much he still cared about her. But it would take more than time to repair it. “Shi-Shi…”
Fallen Stone: Lost Angel
Guest appearance Scya
Shilo was panting and running as fast as she could, trying to escape being seen by anyone. She held the curtain around her, shielding herself from any eyes. She had to avoid running into sinners and demons or risk making herself known and meeting a fate worse than death.
She spotted a dumpster in the alley and rushed to it. She hid behind the dumpster and sat down, catching her breath. Shilo leaned her back against the metal wall and let the curtain fall from her head.
"Sweet Jesus…that was close." She let out a sigh of relief. She turns her focus out of the alley. "Hope they manage to drive them away." She pressed her legs close to her chest, calming her heart. She kept her focus on the alley, watching for any sight of the mob, making sure it was clear to return to the hotel. After a while, Shilo got up. "Better get back before they notice I am gone." She slowly approaches the end of the alley and steps out.
Before she could walk any farther, she saw a large crowd of sinners blocking her way to the hotel. She gasped, backing away and pulling the hooded curtain over her face. "Shit...I can't be seen by them." She whispered quietly. "Gotta find an alternative way." She quickly turned around and went the opposite way.
As she pressed forward, she could see posters of herself on the walls and windows of every building. Graffiti words were painted on them, calling her a monster. It saddens her that sinners and demons are both scared of her and hate her, that she is a monster in Hell's eyes over what she did, thanks to her uncontrollable powers. Shilo raised her hands, looking at the blue-hued skin, trembling from the shock and horror of what she had become.
Behind her, voices are coming in her way. She quickly hid in the darkest part of the alley. Only her head is shown, watching for a clear sign of an escape and waiting for the intruders to leave.
"Those fuckers at the hotel, they were keeping that monster there." In her view, a hellhound was speaking to three others with him.
The cat demon with black fur and yellow eyes agreed with his hellhound friend. "They let anyone in, even bitches like that angel." He added. "The king and his brat are too forgiving to anyone."
"One thing is for sure, I am not planning on staying with that monster living there." A sinner with fish gills commented.
"Same." The second sinner with red skin and black hair agreed.
The four walked away, passing Shilo's hiding place. Shilo frowned; their words echoed in her head. Because of her, the sinners won't be willing to come to the hotel and be redeemed, meaning she is perverting Charlie's dreams for the hotel. Tears formed in her eyes, and she cried softly. She wanted to help fulfill her purpose of creating miracles and saving every soul. But she finally sees that she is just a pest to everyone, a mistake God made.
She left her hiding spot and headed in the opposite direction from the hotel. The last thing she wanted was to cause more trouble for Charlie and the others—and for Lucifer, too. She had no place in heaven now and no place in hell. With no home to return to, she began to wander endlessly. Not caring where she was going, she just wanted to disappear and be forgotten forever.

Shilo wandered the bad side of Pentagram City, where the sinners live hopelessly and without a home. She pulled the hood over her head, hiding herself from the sinners. They look like they can attack her at first sight and can do more than kill her. A fate worse than death for an angel like her.
She watched them hiding in alleyways; some were being beaten by those with more money than they had and were hurting them for the fun of it. Some are starving and searching for food. Shilo frowned. She knew Hell was supposed to be a prison for the damned souls and their eternal punishment, but seeing them being treated like dirt by those who were higher than them really made her want to unleash her anger and freeze them. But it would be too risky and could expose her.
Did Lucifer or Charlie know of this? If so, why couldn't they do anything about this? Charlie is very kindhearted to everyone, even those who are awful and want nothing to do with her. Surely she would use her status as a princess to do something. However, given that she is not fond of using her power as a princess and prefers non-violent solutions, she feels powerless. Shilo felt a strong protective ache, seeing how horrible the lower souls were being treated. She felt awful for them, wishing there was something she could do to change this.
Then she accidentally bumped into the richer sinners. They both turned to her and shouted at her.
"Watch it!" The sinner dressed in black and gold shouted.
"Fuck off!" A fish demon yelled, pulling a middle finger.
"Sorry…" Shilo apologized softly and walked away from them. She resumed her wandering.
The more she kept wandering off, the more she watched how the sinners lived and how evil they were treated. It filled her with a profound protective ache, so powerful that she couldn't ignore the feeling within her.
Suddenly, she froze. Ahead of her, a massive group of sinners is holding pitchforks and banners with her face on them. They are the mob, the residents who have driven away from the hotel. And now they are still on the hunt.
She backed away, about to turn and return the way she came. But she bumped into another sinner, with dragon features and wearing leather fashion. The impact of the bump caused the hood to fall off, revealing Shilo.
The dragon sinner growled. "You!" Smoke poured out between his teeth.
"I-I-I'm sorry!!" Shilo apologized in a stammering voice, backing away from him.
But he pulled out a gun, inside of which were bullets. He shoots, but Shilo quickly dodges and runs away from him as he keeps shooting at her, only missing each time.
The shooting noise caught the mob's attention, and they saw Shilo running their way. Shilo turned another way and ran, with the mob and the sinner after her. She dodged and bumped into lone sinners, apologizing to them as she ran past them. She needs to get out of their sight before more are after her like a large crowd of obsessed fans.
Shilo turns and rams herself through a door, opening and closing it behind her. She panted heavily from the running she had done; it would have been so much easier with wings. If only she could have her wings back. She listens for the sound of the crowd running past her. Once she hears their voices slowly fading away, she lets out a breath of relief.
As Shilo turned around to notice where she had entered, she froze. Inside are sinners and demons dancing to loud music blasting through the speakers and drinking in the bar. The room is dark, save for the neon lights flashing. Have sofas around a walk-in stage with a pole in the middle; some have sinners making out on the sofas and dancers dressed in revealing outfits.
"What the?" Shilo blinked, eyes widening. She entered a strip club. Her cheeks blushed in a golden hue, and she clung tightly to the cloak. She pulled the hood over her and pressed forward.
She avoids bumping into the demons and sinners dancing, careful to not let herself touch them. The last thing she needed was to draw more attention to her again. Being a virtuous angel, she never experienced any sinful act of lust. She was told that only married couples could perform this intimate act between a man and a woman. And not an act for angels like herself.
Shilo sat on a lone sofa, using her hands to avoid watching the couples making out beside her. She watched everyone enjoying themselves while she stayed quiet and hidden in the dark. At least she can keep herself low here before returning to wandering.
Suddenly, the music stopped, and the sound of a microphone turning on was heard through the speakers. Valentino stood by the stage, hidden in the dark, holding the microphone. It caught everyone's attention, even Shilo's.
"Give it up…for Scya.~" Valentino announced. The lights were turned down, and a single spotlight shone on the stage, revealing the pole and no one else.
Shilo blinked, confused about what was going on. She caught sight of a few sinners and demons hooting wildly like the horny animals they are. She turned her attention to the stage. Her curiosity was too great to ignore as she witnessed the scene before her.
Stepping into the spotlight was a tall succubus woman. She was much taller than Shilo, maybe taller than Angel Dust, but not tall enough to reach Sera's height. Her skin was a grayish, pale red, unlike the others. Her breasts were huge compared to Shilo's own ample breasts. Her wings are enormous, and her tail is extended with a heart-shaped tip at the end. Her horns were curled with heart lines on them. Her hair is long, wavy, and a deep, rich red; her eyes are a reddish-pink. She is dressed in a short, revealing red, black, and white dress, thigh-length black boots, and long black fingerless gloves. And she was smirking wickedly down at the crowd, cheering and hooting loudly.
Then three succubi came. They had red skin and black hair and wore black mini dresses. As soon as the music played, they started dancing and singing. “Na-na-na, come on. Na-na-na, come on. Na-na-na-na-na, come on. Na-na-na, come on, come on, come on. Na-na-na-na, come on.” The succubus dancers shake their hips to the beat of the music. “Na-na-na, come on. Na-na-na-na-na, come on. Na-na-na, come on, come on, come on. Na-na-na-na."
Scya let out a moan, seductively stroking her breast. She grabbed the pole and danced while singing to the crowd. "Feels so good being bad." She sang while the dancers continued on. "Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh," "there's no way I'm turning back." “Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh.” "Now the pain is my pleasure, cause nothing could measured." "Oh, oh, oh-oh-oh-oh-oh."
Shilo looked at Scya, watching her. Only to glare at Scya; something about her left a bad impression on her.
"Love is great, love is fine." “Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh.” Scya continued singing while dancing on the pole and slid down, spreading her legs for the sinners. They all hooted, their mouths dripping with drool. "Out the box, outta line." “Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh.” "The affliction of the feeling leaving me wanting more." "Oh, oh, oh-oh-oh-oh-oh."
Shilo just rolled her eyes, arms crossed, while watching with disgust.
Scya pulls herself up and holds on to the pole as she swings around. "'Cause I may be bad, but I'm perfectly good at it. Sex in the air, I don't care, I love the smell of it." Scya sings alone, smirking down at the crowd. "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but chains and whips excite me." She stopped in the middle and swayed her hips from side to side. "'Cause I may be bad, but I'm perfectly good at it. Sex in the air, I don't care, I love the smell of it. Sticks and stones may break my bones, but chains and whips excite me."
She then hooked her legs around the pole and spun herself around. In the crowd, Valentino watched Scya with a flirtatious smirk. Not taking his eyes off her.
Scya stopped spinning as she and her dancer danced in sync, singing together. "Na-na-na, come on, come on, come. I like it, like it. Come on, come on, come on. I like it, like it." “Na-na-na.” Scya winked, causing more hooting from the crowd. "Come on, come on, come on. I like it, like it. Come on, come on, come on. I like it, like it."
While Scya is performing, Shilo spots Valentino among the crowd, watching Scya. That is the same moth demon she saw hurting Angel Dust back from the orb in the angelic courtroom. She glared at him coldly, pulling the hood to cover her eyes. She returned her focus to Scya.
Scya stroked the pole with her breast and thighs, seeming to get the men to drool crazily. "Love is great, love is fine." “Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh.” "Out the box, outta line." “Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh.” Scya sings still. "The afflictions of this feeling leaves me wanting more." "Oh, oh, oh-oh-oh-h-oh."
She grabbed the pole, lifted herself up, and held still. "'Cause I may be bad, but I'm perfectly good at it. Sex in the air, I don't care, I love the smell of it." She sings, smirking down. "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but chains and whips excite me."
She then slid herself down, landing on the stage and dancing sexually along with her dancers. "Na-na-na, come on, come on, come on. I like it, like it. Come on, come on, come on. I like it, like it." “Na-na-na,” Scya and her dancers sing, drawing more attention from the men with couples as their partners look green with envy. "Come on, come on, come on. I like it, like it. Come on, come on, come on. I like it, like it."
Scya then got on her knees and started crawling to the edge of the stage. “S-s-s and m-m-m. S-s-s and m-m-m.” She stopped, lying on her back as many horny sinners and demons tried to reach her while throwing money at her. "Oh, I love the feeling you bring to me. Oh, you turn me on." Scya sings while sexually stroking her body. "It's exactly what I've been yearning for. Give it to me strong. And meet me in my boudoir, make my body say 'ah-ah-ah.' I like it, like it."
Suddenly, Scya spotted Shilo sitting on the couch alone. She let out a smirk at her, even winking at her. Shilo cringes in disgust, looking away from her.
Scya, stand up and stretch her body. "'Cause I may be bad, but I'm perfectly good at it. Sex in the air, I don't care, I love the smell of it." She sings, performing for her crowd. "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but chains and whips excite me." She leaned down and blew a kiss, causing the men to fight for it. "'Cause I may be bad, but I'm perfectly good at it. Sex in the air, I don't care, I love the smell of it. Sticks and stones may break my bones, but chains and whips excite me."
Scya grabbed onto the pole and performed her dance, and she and her dancers sang and performed. "Na-na-na, come on, come on, come on. I like it, like it. Come on, come on, come on. I like it, like it." “Na-na-na.” Scya uses her wings to float in the air. "Come on, come on, come on. I like it, like it. Come on, come on, come on. I like it, like it."
Scya landed on the stage, sat on the edge, and spread her legs. “S-s-s and m-m-m. S-s-s and m-m-m.” She set her focus on Shilo, smirking. “S-s-s and m-m-m. S-s-s and m-m-m.” After her song ended, she was received with loud hooting and cheers.
Shilo just rolled her eyes, clearly not impressed. Scya reminds her so much of Lilith, and she already can't stand her. She stood up from the sofa, bringing her cloak close, and started looking for an exit from the club. She talked past the sinners and demons carefully. She reaches a clearing, only to be faced with four rows of doors leading to private rooms for more than a performance.
She groaned, starting to turn back, until she caught sight of Scya heading her way. She gasped, grabbed the doorknob of one of the private rooms, and entered, closing it behind her fast.
"Please let her walk away, please let her walk away, please let her walk away." Shilo prayed quietly, praying that Scya wouldn't notice her.
Then she heard a knock on the door, and she froze. "You are not from around here, are you, cutie?" Scya's voice was heard from behind. Her voice was seductive, alluring, and hypnotic.
"Shit…" Shilo cursed. She opened the door, just slightly. "What do you want?" She questioned her.
Scya opens the door and gets close to her, bending down to look at Shilo. Shilo pulled the hood down over her eyes. That just made Scya smile devilishly. "Oh, I know what you want." She answered in a teasing tone.
"I don't know what you are referring to." Shilo snarled, backing away from her.
"You could use work." Scya purred, licking her lips. Shilo almost gagged, covering her mouth. She had already met her, and she already hated her a lot. "Your body, your face, and your figure." Scya chuckled, her eyes roaming Shilo's body, and she saw her face through the hood. "You could make a perfect lust."
Shilo cringed. The idea of sinners and demons using her for their sick pleasure instead of making sweet love to her true love insulted her. She shook her head. "I would rather not." She declined. "Thank you, ma'am." She tried to walk around Scya and leave here fast.
But Scya used her wings to block her path and faced her, lustfully licking her lips. She stared into her eyes through Shilo's hood. She could see that Shilo was unlike the sinners she had met and seduced, filled with powerful magic and an angelic aura. This would be so much for her.
Shilo froze, eyes filled with fear. Is Scya going to kill Shilo like everyone in Hell is?
Instead, Scya leaned close to her ears and spoke seductively, sending unwanted chills down Shilo's spine. "Give in to pleasure, and all your desires will be fulfilled."
Shilo backed away from her, shaking her head to banish the golden blush in her cheeks. "Not with you." She snapped, glaring at her. "I am not interested in committing such a disgusting sin."
"Hmm?" Scya tilted her head to the side. "Not with me?" She asked in a pouting voice. She uses her two fingers to walk on Shilo's arm.
Shilo backed away from her, annoyed and angry at her, too. She tried to be polite and showed signs of disagreement, but this succubus was not listening. Her fangs growled at her, and her eyes grew cold and icy. Soon, her anger and annoyance cause her powers to freeze the floor, covering the whole floor.
Scya noticed it, amazed instead. "Ooo, frosty." She chuckled.
Shilo blinked, snapping out of her rage-filled mind. She looked down, noticing the frozen floor. She gasped in horror. "Oh no! No! No! No!" She started to panic, trying to get around Scya before someone else noticed it.
Unfortunately, a demon has noticed the frozen floor. "The fuck!?" He snarled, fangs growling. Clearly knowing it's Shilo's handiwork. "It's that monster!"
Shilo gasped, seeing that the gig was up. She pushed herself through Scya and ran out of the room in fear. She sprinted away, looking for the exit.
Scya blinked. "Mmmh? What's going on here?" She asked no one around her, confused about what was happening.
Shilo ran fast, seeing the exit sign on a door, hinting that this was the exit out of the club. Before she could make it, a huge sinner blocked her path and caused her to bump right into him. She stumbled, dazed. The hood fell, revealing her to the whole room of the club.
The huge sinner roared. "It's the monster!! Get her!!" He pointed at her. As Shilo was backed into a wall. All at once, the sinners and demons all marched to Shilo.
Scya can see how frightened Shilo is. The wall starts forming a large ice patch behind her, and she trembles with horror. She can't allow that to happen in her club. An idea popped into her head, and she smirked. She let out a loud whistle, drawing the crowd's attention. "Oooo boys~." She purred.
Once she has their attention and focus on her, she begins to pose seductively. She heard them shouting her name. "Scya!!" She smirked, jiggling her breasts for them, causing them to drool and hoot loudly like horny animals.
Shilo cringed in disgust, seeing how lewd they were acting. She noticed Scya looking at her with a smirk. "What are you doing?" She questioned.
"Are you sure you don't want the attention?" Scya asked her, shaking her hips.
"I'm sure." Shilo nodded. After what is happening to her, she is done with receiving so much unwanted attention.
Scya frowned. "Aww…" she pouted.
"Sorry, but I need to go," Shilo emitted. She ran to the exit, opened it, and exited, while Scya jiggled her breast for the crowd, still drooling. The door closed behind Shilo, back on the streets.
Unknown to Shilo and Scya, hidden in the club's dark part, Valentino watched everything with two succubi in his arms. He grinned as he took a drag of his cigar and pulled out pink smoke. "There's our new toy," he smirked. He thinks now is the time to pick up their special guest and have her meet them.
~*~
Out in the streets, Shilo stopped by an alley, panting from running. She cursed under her breath. "Damn it! Damn it! Damn it!!" She let her anger and fear get the best of her, and it got more attention. Thanks to her uncontrollable temper and unstable powers, she has dropped her cloak, as if she no longer needs it.
From her point of view, she spotted Scya following after her. Her hips swayed side to side as she walked. It was like she was trying to get under her skin again until she lost control of herself and her powers.
Shilo growled. "What do you want? I told you I was not interested in you," she snapped.
Scya stopped before Shilo, looking down on her. "Where are you going now, sexy?" She asked her.
"None of your damn business," Shilo replied with a very icy tone. She started walking away, while Scya walked beside her. "I already had a bad day. My powers are changing, I got all of Hell after my head, and I am still angry at Lucifer." She listed the essential details she remembered that could worsen her day.
Scya perked up. "Ooo, Lucifer?" She tilted her head. A look of lust was seen in her eyes and face.
"Yeah. Short guy, blonde hair, king of Hell, and my former crush." Shilo answered, rolling her eyes. She dared not look at Scya, not giving her any of her attention.
"Oooo, shorty." Scya just purred, her tail wagging side to side. That caused Shilo to roll her eyes, clearly not amused by this. "I never saw him before, but blonde hair, oh yeah." She let out a pleasurable moan.
That just grossed Shilo out, to hear that a demon is lusting over her best friend. And can't help but feel a bit jealous over it too. But she remembers that Lucifer is still married to Lilith. "Yeah. You've got no chance with him." She told her. "He got Lilith."
"Aww…" Scya pouted.
Shilo and Scya walked past a window that displayed TVs of different sizes. The screen shows Charlie's advertisement for her hotel. The two stopped, turning to their side to watch it. Shilo smiled softly at this. Without Shilo, Charlie would get more sinners in with her gone. She watched Charlie show the residents with a smile.
Scya saw Angel on the screen. "Oh, Anthony is there." She cooed, smirking.
Shilo looked at Scya confusedly. "You know, Angel?" she asked. Does Angel have someone who knows him better than Charlie and Cherri?
"Oh yeah. We have a threesome with him." Scya replied, making a jerking motion like she was stroking something close to her mouth.
Shilo cringed, backing away from her. She can't imagine Angel Dust doing a performance with Scya after Angel told her he is gay. "Huh…even if his boss is a jerk?" She asked her about Valentino, hoping she would know of this.
"Starring Angel." But Scya kept going on with a smirk.
"I see…" Shilo mumbled. She can see that this succubus is clearly delusional in her own fucked-up world. She huffed out, turning around and away from Scya. "I've got to go. It was nice speaking to you." She emitted.
"Well then, sexy," Scya smirked. "I'll see you around." She waved her fingers at her.
It just made Shilo roll her eyes once again, annoyed by her. Shilo then walked away from Scya, resuming her wandering away from the hotel. Heading to the horrible part of the city, the part with some history.
While Scya, on the other hand, began to head toward the hotel, smirking to herself. She thinks it's time to visit her old friend and meet the king for her own pleasure.
Hazbin Hotel S2 is coming on October 29! Hope you all are excited for it!
Now this is gonna get some questions about how will it affect Fallen Stone. Will it be rewritten? It might. Will it change the story? Not at all. Nothing is gonna change the plot. So keep a look out for any changes.
